Fragrance Hotel-Waterfront  

As stated it is the location. Hotel is quite close to my Singapore office.

1) Lack of cleanliness. I stayed there from 12 - 14 March 2012 (Room 102) and again on 02 - 04 April 2012 (Room 412). On both occassions, the dressing table was dusty, one layer of dust for that matter. I noticed too that at the top end of the shower holder bracket, it was dusty too. 2) Faulty appliance. On both occassions, the shower holder bracker was faulty.

Very warm staff and efficient service. Even the security guard is so friendly and helpful.

The TV is located too high. It should be brought down to eye level so I don't have to strain my neck.

Good service with moderate price hotel.

For internet connection, we have to pay extra charge, while in the near City (Thompson area) can get a lower rate with free internet connection. Because I have to go to Tuas area for business, I have no choice to choose this hotel.

The location of this hotel is close to the bus stop. Literrally a stone throw away. Close to restaurant and shops.

No free internet. The hotel is charging $5 for 2 hours. Ridiculous. The next hotel has free wifi and price is the same! Check santa grand hotel before you choose this hotel.

1, Basin water was choked, flow out very slow. 2, we are singaporean, why must we provide all details to the hotel?

I did not like anything. Only plus point - it is near the National University of Singapore where I was having my training.

1. Towel has hole in it. 2. bedsheet has blood stain. 3. noisy at night because lift keeps making noise.

located in a quiet outer suburb but a long way from anything

the worst would be the noise the walls are made of tissue paper almost standing in the toilet to take a shower was strange to say the least no fridge a kettle but no tea bags

The hotel is correct, clean.

The room is really small, about 8m², the situation of the hotel is far from a MRT station (you have to take the bus to get the MRT). The price is too expensive for what we get. Internet is not free, it's 18$SGP per day!

交通很方便。去国大只要步行一会儿。门口也有公共巴士。

好贵！明明订的时候说好要双人双床间，最后只有大床间，后来换的双床间居然没有窗户！

Its not an hotel were people go to sleep... Now I know why is famous about! I had to stay there because there is no other option that I can pay for the new years eve. For this days also this hotel is very expensive. Wen I arrive they told me that I dont have a reservation and all the rooms are occupied, but I had my booking confirmation, so they get us a room. It was impossible to fit in the room, you have to choose between you or the bags, and there were cockroaches on top of the bed... So I had to move... Now they have more rooms.. We stay in the second room but it was really bad. If you want to shower forget, you will flood the room. The shower was in the top of the toillet... The bed linen are small and bellow as a plastic mattress... Allways noise during all night. Everything very very bad!

Cigarette smell comes from the restroom.

It was well connected to the MRT and the Bus stations, which made it easy to move around. The rooms were clean and very well maintained.

The Wifi, should have been made free. The option of a meals at the hotel would have made the stay more comfortable, even though there were restaurants close by. Room prices were a bit high.
