Expected comfortable and the cleaning service to be prompt. never cleaned the room even hanging the sign. came back after many hours in the evening still not done...had to live with the used towels again

The aircon was not cold and the bathtub was choked

Booked a triple room and a standard double bed deluxe room. A decent hotel with decent facilities. Located at a central location. Rooms small but clean.

But the flush in the toilet was not working, hence had to use the toilet of the other room. They didnot fix the toilet even when we complained. Service from the hotel staff non-existant.

The hotel is in good location shopping centres are not far, almost resturants are nearby.

Very understaffed. Hats off to that one man who mananged 90 rooms. We loved Flor the front desk staff, nice neighbourhood

there was no shower curtain and floor mat. Good value for money

the close proximity to transport, dining recreational activities.

I stayed with family for 4 nights. the room is nice although a little bit small. I accepted for the price I paid for. Lots of eateries near by which is very convenient for my kids.The environment is quiet even though there are many karaoke lounges over the Joo Chiat Road.

The nearest MRT is about 25 minutes walk from hotel. The hot water from the water dispenser is warm all the time. Bathroom is slippery as there's no shower curtian.

It was convenient as far as its location is concerned. I could get food at almost any time of the day. Its rate is reasonable as well.

I wish there are house slippers provided in the room so that our feet would not get wet especially going to use the restroom during night time. Extreme care is needed in the shower area because it is very very very slippery.

Its like the main city in Singapore. It is near the MRT station and the place nearby is very live at night. especially the nearby restau, also near in 7/11 and disco pub is good.

the hotel is good, the room is nice, but the service is very .........., firstly , the reception said they didnot receive my booking.we still the room. of course we think our booking is not valid. then we change our trip. but they inform us we booked the room successfully until next evening. and we have to stay 3 days. how can

It is what it is. It was a fair price for fair service and fair accommodations. Its within walking distance to East Coast Park, which I love, and a few grocery stores. MRT is between a kilometer or two away. Great inexpensive Thai Restaurant, Tuk Tuk, not too far away. Plenty of places to eat or take out around. I like the area. Plenty of conveniences. Its red light, but not tacky or sleazy. The Hotel claims to not have short time or transit rooms anymore. It seemed to be true to me. Unlike last time I stayed there, it was a lot more quiet. My 'recommendation' for this hotel is based in a price-for-what-you-get thought. Singapore is generally expensive and I am glad there are still inexpensive places to stay. The place could be cleaner.

Upon arrival, they placed us in a small, windowless, smelly room. Upon request, they moved us to a bit roomier window room.Windows will not open for fresh air-- quite irritating. The day of our last night stay, a water leak sprung in the bathroom ceiling shorting the electric in the room. We were simply and perfunctorily told to move down the hall to another, similar room without any assistance. It was inconvenient and awkward, but quick. For all three rooms we rotated through, each time we had to ask for a second room key, even as it was obvious there were two of us staying there. TV channel selection is quite limited. We were given two towels a day. The last room had a moldy shower curtain and grout. The bathrooms could have been cleaner

The cleanliness, the friendly housekeeping staff, the location, helpful front-desk receptionists, and the tiled-floor.

A shower curtain is lacking. A floor towel would have prevented the room to get wet after shower.
