The only thing I did not like is that I had no option to open the window. And no smoking rooms.

great value for money and well connected with bus and rail stations

scored low on cleanliness and hygiene infested with cockroaches and staff were not well informmed

Location was quite good and the price was reasonable. Plenty of cheap eating places around the area.

They shouldn't pretend to be something they are not by using terms such as superior and deluxe rooms. They have two types of rooms and at best they can be called standard rooms with or without a window. Rooms are clean but basic with no shower curtain and intermittent TV service. Ok for a one or 2 night stay when you are looking to keep costs to a minimum. Mattress is hard and covered in vinyle so you can feel the cold through the sheet. Walk to the nearest MRT station is a bit too far, especially when hauling a bag, but not so far that it can't be done. There are other Fagrance Hotels in other locations better located to the MRT.

close to katong mall and buses were very easy to catch from here. beds slightly hard but overall the room was good for what we paid.

d location is close 2 a lot of shops n my relatives house d staff r quite helpful n polite

i will need 2 book a bigger room 4 my next trip next yr n hope 2 b able 2 secure accomodation with good reasonable prices

the guy seat at the joo chiat hotel service counter are very rude, responds like hell.

Girl receptionist was very helpful. Hotel was near the malls and bus terminal. Lots of restaurants around the area.

Bathroom lacks shower curtain and small closets for clothes.

Poor reception on arrival. 2 men didnt even look up and acknowledge when we arrived. Very hard lumpy pillows.

I stayed here for 2 nights. it's a good location. clean & comfort room. bus stop is very near. u can even walk 20 mins to Paya Lebar MRT stn. For muslim, there are few halal restaurant available near to the hotel. Mosque also is quite near. The area is quite safe if u want to take a walk on midnight. overall, i am very satisfied. i recommend to stay at this hotel.

Internet wifi is not free. the double room has no window. take note to the travellers that hv jetlag problem.

The room is big enough and left some spacious for 2 adults, and the facilities are good, whereby we can freeze some of the drinks and enjoy it.

My room didn't have any water boiler. Instead of, a water warm keeper is provided.
