I loved the location and the comfort of the room.

Near to MRT. Staffs are friendly. Got upgraded to a deluxe room.

Excellent hotel, as always, this is my 3rd stay

Internet fee, as always is a rip off.

Close to some shopping malls, food stalls , restaurants, metros and the pestestrain subway and footbridges which are quite convenient

Location near China town, means food is easy to find

Room prices not including breakfast, and net wire for support extra bed is free so that the pointy very dangerous for the children.

the air conditioner not too good

Hotel was very comfortable and room facilities were grand. The promotional rate was very fair, however this hotel would not have been considered at its normal rates. The hotel location is convenient for touring Singapore.

The staff was very polite, but not efficient.

Not Satisfied.I understand the room that i have booked is superior room.but I am upset when I request for Slippers,Bathrobe and the Saver, the staff answer me that the hotel only provide for the Saver,they didnot provide the other two items.but I saw other guests wearing Bathrobe and slippers when I was in the swiming pool, I understand they might be stayed in the deluxe rooms or high-ranking room type,I was stayed in many different hotel in the same rank that was booked through your website,but the hotel provide the above items upon I requested.

one more thing that the manner of speaking of the staff that I spoken seem like not respect to the guest stay in that type of room,at last she did not ask me whether I still need a saver or not and I thought she will ask housekeeping to bring the saver to my room.I request for the double bed when I made the booking,but the reception told me they didnot know of that ,I saw him my request in the booking confirmation,he said just received the booking in the morning,that time around 3;40pm when I was check-in,he told me I have to wait at least 1 hour for double bed and he was told me that the hotel cannot contact me because didnot know my contact number,but the number inside the booking confirmation, I need take rest I got the twin bed at last

We were not impressed with the first room that we had booked so for $20 sgd extra per day we were promptly upgraded to a higher room with city views. Buffet breakfasts excellent as always. The hotel remains one of our favorites when visiting Singapore.

Rooms on level 4. Small, bathroom sink in the bedroom, nothing to look out at and not particularly private.

Its convenient and very close to the tourist area - Clarke Quay and China town.
