Big nice room. Great View of city. Nice staff. A bit hard to locate the entrance. Old looking from the outside. |

The room that we stayed in had a great view...overlooking the Singapore Flyer at the Marina Bay. Also, it was a spacious Superior Room and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very accessible to nearby shopping areas as well. One particular incident happened during our stay. I received a Guest Message note that says i have durian in my room which has no truth in it. At that time, there was a very strong durian smell at the hallway. I've spoken with the Duty-Manager and the Asst. Manager and confronted the issue. The management & myself have amicably resolved the situation. |

Feel comfortable as home and very easy to shopping/dining around. internet services is charged based on daily/weekly basis even though I did not use it all day. This is quite different with other countries that I have visited, they charged based on the used time. |

Not really a good one. Reason as mentioned below. 1. When first stepped in to hotel, the ambient are indeed dimmed and with odour of carpet smell. 2. The room also has kind of smell especially the carpet and the shower room (probably to have flower in the room & toilet to cheer up the room environment. 3. The front counter, no proper signage to show which one is check in/out, people are just quequing as they liked, even we had witnessed people cut quequ. 4. The Pool can be further improve, especially the old chair, the rusty water dropping pipe, the jacuzzi (old color), stair case are so dusty. 5. Lastly, the TV channel are so boring and the TV are so old. My last visit to Malaysia and stay at 3 star hotel, they've Samsung flat screen TV with many interesting channel. Probably Furama got to do some filtering to subscribe more customer orientated channel for everyone, be it family leisure or on Business trip. |

The room was clean and well-furnished. Staff were polite and helpful. It was in a good location, on edge of Chinatown. There wasn't enough info given about hotel's services or facilities. I had to keep asking Q's to find out anything. They have a v.poor service for internet use. A hotel of this standard should provide free service for all guests. Asking guests to pay 5 SD for 15 mins, then screen suddenly switches off when your time is used up is an insult to anyone staying there. |

The decor was cozy. Bed was comfortable. Extra pillows were available without having to request. Bathroom was very clean & inviting. Had a bad experience with housekeeping. They tried to enter the room right after we have checked in & at that point we were changing clothes to get ready to go out for dinner. Kind of a mood killer. Not much variety when it comes to television channels & mini-bar snacks. The room was booked for 2 but toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste was lay out for just one. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is very good near Boat Quay and Clarke Quay. It was not possible to regulate the temperature of the air conditioning. |

We had a great view overlooking the Singapore Flyer and the bay and the rooms are very spacious We had to book the hotel for a full day for our arrival although we were not arriving until 10.00p.m. but when requesting a late checkout we were charged for another half day. Unfortunately the hotel was not very flexible in this regard. |
