the staff were very accommodating and very friendly. They even upgraded us to the exec rooms. The rooms were very modern and very comfortable. |

high standard .relaxing ,clean, profissoinal and friendly staff and a good location.good for individuals and family. it really worth the money. if you come for biseness or family ,i highly recomened. i would have been more happy if inrernet was free. |

The noticed it was my birthday and left a birthday cake on the desk, which was really heart warming. The bed and pillows are fluffy! , the only down side is the toilet wasn't was I expected, slightly old and dowdy. The TV should have more channels! |

the hotel staffs are nice and friendly, good value of money,the room is quite big and clean. The bed is so hard. Wish not to get a room in front of the lift, abit noisy cos many people is waiting for the lift in front of my room, especially in the morning (b'fast time), really disturb my sleep. No MRT close to the hotel. |

the friendliness and willingness to please was first followed by the overall standards and facilities. i origionally booked for 1 night but stayed for 5. i think enough said. |

It was okay but would not stay there again... I think it needs maintence and refurbishment, the pictures on the web look better than what it looks like now. It was sufficient. The total cost of the room at the end was more than 100 dollars than what I had booked on the web. I was not aware that taxes were not at all included and were going to be so excessive! |

The staff were extremely courteous and friendly and despite the fact that the hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere, there is a free shuttle bus in the morning from the hotel to orchard road and china town. The bathroom shower was awful and one of the lights in our room didnt work. |

The hotel is good value for money by Singapore standard, the staff are on the whole friendly and it is suitable for a short stay. It is a bit out of the way for simple shopping and dinning. |

The check in and check out was quick and efficient. Very nice and courteous staff.The food at the kintamini resturant was excellent. The internet facility was not available free. The internet charges were a bit high. |
