i tried to arrange an early check-in beforehand via email, which was difficult. it ended up being fine when i got there, but just that the hotel staff did not know if i could check in early, nor could they garantee this, what a tad ennerving. |

The hotel was stylish and unusual. The rooms were clean, comfortable with good facilities. There was a well equipped gym and a small swimming pool on a sun deck. All staff I met were very helpful and polite There was only a single chair in the double room for 2 people, and this was a desk chair. The only place to sit was a window seat |

Its near the riverbank you could walk to riverside in 10mins ,enjoying pubs and seafood there. All the servicers is very helpful,warm hearted.very good price compared to hotels I have stayed Its a little bit hard to get cab coz its far fr road;the bed is small ; you can not change rmb to sin dollor, there are many westen people stay there,we do not see other chinese,as the traffic is not so convinience as we think ,I hope they could change chinese yuan for us. |

The facilities were great, the pool was wonderful and the staffs were friendly. We were quite dissapointed when told booking thru booking.com only allow us to have single size bed, we were hoping we could get a queen size bed instead. |

Excellent location, helpful staff, good breakfast. Cons: no description of rooms, ours was Glazzhouse, and because we requested extra bed, it was very crowded. If I knew beforehand, I would have booked larger room. very small room |

Quiet location with a few good restaurants in the vicinity with courteous front desk staff. No ATM, convenience store and food courts within 3 minutes walk. Need to take two elevators to get to your room. |

The restaurants and river walkway were nice. Overpriced and pretentious. Hallways littered with painting equipment as renovation is very actively in progress. Hallways, meanwhile are dorm room drab while the price rivals a nice upscale hotel. Staff were dressed sharp, and indifferent to the customer. If that is the mood they wanted, they nailed it. |

It's a nice and quiet area, close to the upper part of the river in a residential area with enough places to go for a bite. The elevator change on the 4th floor to get to the rooms is a waste of time! I think the hotel should be refurbished, rooms are too small, I had to pay for printing 02 pages :( |

It's always a big delusion if they want to put you in a lower classed room than what you booked. I had to change 3 rooms before I got the King size bed that I booked, unfortunately still not in the room with the style and size as indicated on the website...... Pitty that the staff made me feel it was my fault! |

Very friendly behavior of staff and very helpful. Very flexible and always available. The air condition is extremely high everywhere. And if they switch it off you suffocate. So either your freeze or your sweat! No middle situation. |

relax, nice food area the area & helpful staff the lift lobby, it does not serve any privacy esp, we have to take a lift to the 4th floor then change another lift... b'cos it is not fair for guests of the hotel especially having to wait for so long for lifts as there was a function that day. |
