The location is good, right next to the Arab street and within walking distance to Little India. We were upgraged to a Club room on arrival which was nice! The room was very clean and really comfortable - the beds and pillows were great. We didn't use any facilties or services; the hotel was just a base really, but for the price we paid it was excellent. I didn't like the Reception area. It's busy and noisy and very impersonal. |

The location is nice as it is within 3 minutes walk from the subway station. 1) Called many times but did not fix the air-conditional (too cold). 2) Charge too much for Internet access 3) Swimming pool and gym are lousy --no facilities |

The size of the room at the executive floor, the executive lounge and service in it, the hotel stuff. The elevator has some strange working system (sometimes we were driving for ten minutes up and down in order to get from 17th to 18th floor). |

convenience There was only one chair in the room. My husband had to sit on the bed. Add one more chair (preferrably with a small table) to the room would be most useful. I also found a dead cockroach in the bathroom for 2 days before I removed it myself. Otherwise, everything is fine. |

The facilities at the Landmark were ideal for our stay in Singapore and were at a very good price. The hotel was also very convenient for exploring the city. |

Good facilities for the price compared to other hotels in Singapore. The hotel is well maintained for the most part. One day my room was not made up despite my having put up a notice. It took 3 calls to the housekeeping till finally it was done by 5:00 Pm. The other 3 days were fine though. |

The provision of Executive Lounge, greatly helped with speedy breakfast and relaxed atmosphere for business guests, considering the Hotel is popular with family and group holidaymakers as well. The location greatly helps with exploring the multicultural culinary delights within short walking distance, along with shopping facilities within short distance. I think the carpet in the rooms require to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all the insects and bugs Or alternatively remove all of them all together. The lifts in the Hotel were not friendly or efficient due to the mirrored finish and lack of sufficient/ useful notification when it has arrived. Many Guests missed the arrival of the lifts due to invisible nature caused by the the factors above. |

Overall the stay was delightful. Staff were polite and helpful. Although not much variety of the food, however the food were cooked well. The room was all right, adequate size. Easy to get cab, just a few minutes walk from MRT station and Bugis junction. No free internet. Not enough lightning and power plug (away from the bedside). Basically the room was good for rest, not for working though. Toilet door knob was broken, still could lock the door but feeling a little unsecured. The shower handle was loose, needed to put it in a certain angle to make it properly spray water from the top, not a problem for those who like to use bathtub though. |

It is situated at a very convenient location with large rooms. Locality is very nice. Internet was expensive. Their fitness center was not exactly what I had imagined (could be a lot better). I had used the laundry self service. A bit on the expensive side. Had some problem with the washing machine (coins got stuck in it), called 3 times for assistance, but no one came. |

What a shocker!! I thought this was an ok kind of hotel - but boy I was wrong. Dilapidated windows, old furniture, stupid excuse of a breakfast room - this hotel was screaming 'old'! This is a seedy joint frequented by the shady types and the not-so-lucky ones like me. Please do not stay here if given an option. |

Its near to many Muslim restaurants, mosque, 7-Eleven Convenient store, near to MRT station and easy to get taxi. No safety while sleeping in the Room 1513 as no door latch being installed for the whole four night stay. There is no kiblat direction for muslim guests, no sejadah (praying mat), The earlier room given at level 16 (a corner room with small (1 panel) window near lift) was having damp (wet) floor carpet. That one of reasons we request for room change. |

Have good and cheap restaurants and shopping places and convenient for transfers hotel reception is quite slow. It took us more than 10 min. wait before could be entertained and the receptionist entertained us was not as friendly as I thought would be,I mean she should wear a smiling face at all time if I may say so. |

The condition of the hotel is running down compare to my stay at same hotel five years ago. The carpet is getting dirty along the corridor and the room service is horribily slow. However one things is good it is next to the Bugis mrt station which made go arround singapore very easy |

Proximity to the business centre. Beach Road Anything. The Hotel is shabby. Staff is rude. Its not a hotel but a hotel only for Indians. This is when I am an Indian myself. Still there were too many Indians in the hotels. The Indian restaurant is like a 'Gurdwara' where people line-up to get food. No serving spoons, people using hands to serve food. YUCKS!!! Remind you...the hotel does not have irons in the room or accommodate one for you. |

The hotel was within walking distance to Bugis MRT train station and the Bugis junction mall and Little India. I had requested a double bed because we were staying with my 2 year old daughter. But I was given two separate beds - and these were not wide enough to accomodate my wife and kid together. This made my stay very inconvenient. During our check-in the receiptionist was not polite and just didn't have the time to attend to us - that too at 10:30pm ! Breakfast wasn't worth the SGD 15. |
