It was a very fulfilling stay even though we only stayed for 1 night. Staff was very attentive and friendly. The location was near the Bugis MRT station and there were a lot of Muslim restaurant surrounding the hotel. |

Spacious room compared to other hotels with similar rates. Good location for shopping and the National Library is within walking distance Cleanliness could be improved especially the stains on carpet floors and urine stench at toilet area. Tiny bugs appearing around tea/coffee making tray/area should be got rid off. |

Location. Close to MRT and CBD The check-in process took nearly an hour and it is unaccptable. No clear instructions or guidance given by check in staff at the time of check in. For e.g. internet access id and pw were not given in the beginning, breakfast charging and restaurant instructions not provided. |

I was upgraded to an Executive Floor room and the room was very nicely done up. Very understaffed at reception and bell counters leading to long queue and waiting time to checkout and answer inquiries. |

Excellent location so close to Arab Street and the great array of old and new style restaurants, including the best Nasi Padang, Biryani and Murtabak in Singapore. Especially good for Muslim visitors. So near to the mosque as well. The bathtub was consistently clogged up so that I had to shower all the time in a pool of ankle-high water. In-room internet was so expensive, and no free internet in the lobby either. |

The two good things about it are the aircon is good and the hotel is near Bugis Junction The carpet inside the room had stains on it and in the corridors it was dirty. No iron in the room and they would not send one so had to go to the hot non-aircon. ironing room on the 7th floor. If it was not for the hotel position I would not stay there again |

The location is really good as it is central and easy to get to places from there. It is also near the MRT. It is too busy with outside functions such as weddings and conventions. It means that the hotel guests cannot really use the facilities such as the pool or outside cafe because the functions take up all the space. Also, room service were not very good as the room only got cleaned at 5pm. They said we are so busy but hotel guests should take priority. I have stayed 3 times at this hotel now, but would not stay again. |

the conveneoince to the grand prix race track which was our main reason for being there and the cost when compared to what i would have paid elsewhere as a frequent traveler to singapore i usually stay in better grade hotels and the golden landmark wouldn't be my first choice. saying that a trip to see the grand prix for 3 guys from england isn't cheap and this hotel served us well despite it's limitations |

A nice view over Singapore and a quick internet-connection....close to the underground and a taxi to Orchard is not expensive....Overall the hotel is ok... Check in/out takes at least 30-40 min minimum, it is incredible how slow everything goes here.....not enough staff for such a big hotel... |

We paid the executive price so we got a good room with sepaate exec breakfast and supper with free wireless which was needed and the hourly rate is a ripoff as most places offer it for free. All good value if you did not wat to hassle with getting problems fixed. Checkin staff spoke good English which was real bonus as the taxi drivers are very limited English speakers Slow check in. After a 12 hour flight, we were not impressed that the room wasnt ready until 2.30 pm. We also had to cue for checkin. Our luggage was sent to the wrong rom but was quickly corrected when we enquired. The corridor carpets are stained and the ozne machine makes the hotel have a starnge odour. I still would book at this hotel again when I go back to Singapore. |
