Muy mala calidad de atención en recepción. Llegué la las 4pm y luego de esperar 30 minutos (había sólo una persona atendiendo) no habían habitaciones listas. Para el check out fue lo mismo, un caos !!!! |

Todos los hotels son caros comparados con el resto de Sur de Asia, pero el mejor hotel en relacion calidad/percio en Sinapore. Bastante centrico tambien |

Near the Bugis mrt I was extremely pissed off by the hotel card access system rejecting my card when I was in a hurry to get in for another appointment. The hotel staff changing and cleaning room is very slow at snail pace when I need my room back they ask me to wait outside. For this kind of service I should not be paying $800+ for my stay it should be more like $600.00 in total including tax and service charges. |

The location is perfect and close to anywhere. The room is too cold. Whenever we left the room, then the AC start getting colder and colder. The service of the staff is also very very slow. When we called the room service and asked for "the electricity adaptor", they said they would ask somebody to come into our room, but after waiting for 30 minutes, nobody came into our room. And it made me and my husband got upset about that. |

It was a very fulfilling stay even though we only stayed for 1 night. Staff was very attentive and friendly. The location was near the Bugis MRT station and there were a lot of Muslim restaurant surrounding the hotel. |

Spacious room compared to other hotels with similar rates. Good location for shopping and the National Library is within walking distance Cleanliness could be improved especially the stains on carpet floors and urine stench at toilet area. Tiny bugs appearing around tea/coffee making tray/area should be got rid off. |

It was cheap and walking distance to the many of the shopping areas It could do with a good cleaning. The carpets in the room were stained, the bathroom was dirty, and overall the hotel is run-down. |

Reasonably inexpensive and within easy reach of interesting shops, eaasy treansport to CBD via underground system, quaint local restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast not worth the $15., Restaurant staff did not speak Englsih. Better to go round the corner to one of the local restaurants to get value for money. |

Convenient location, close to Bugis MRT and walking distance to Little India. Good value as it also has a pool. Housekeeping not always that good as they once left room partially uncleaned. On other occasion, waste bins were not emptied. |

Location. Close to MRT and CBD The check-in process took nearly an hour and it is unaccptable. No clear instructions or guidance given by check in staff at the time of check in. For e.g. internet access id and pw were not given in the beginning, breakfast charging and restaurant instructions not provided. |

Value for money, free drinks even alcohol is restricted to certain hours and free internet on 18 th floor. The quality of breakfast on the 18 floor, toaster do not work properly. Lacks variety. |

I was upgraded to an Executive Floor room and the room was very nicely done up. Very understaffed at reception and bell counters leading to long queue and waiting time to checkout and answer inquiries. |

Excellent location so close to Arab Street and the great array of old and new style restaurants, including the best Nasi Padang, Biryani and Murtabak in Singapore. Especially good for Muslim visitors. So near to the mosque as well. The bathtub was consistently clogged up so that I had to shower all the time in a pool of ankle-high water. In-room internet was so expensive, and no free internet in the lobby either. |
