Attitude of staff was rude
Location good for cheap shopping If you like Indian food, sites and sounds Little India is the place to be.
Rooms very noisy and bed not comfortable but for the price I paid I don't expect much and that's what I got!
facilities like hot water aircon service and location
very unclean room fridge and tea kettle were neither clean nor serviced we could see cockroaches all over toilet tissues werent supplied ontime and on request too housekeeping calls werent attended
The hotel aircon was infill old and they couldn't turn it off. No blankets or spare pillows. Noisy location. Hotel in major need of refurbishment.
It was very conveniently located for vegetarians . As many veg eateries n close to mrt station too
Room service was horrible . For 6 days my room was barely ever cleaned . Only they made the beds , gave ur fresh towels n dried the bath room floor . There floor was never vacuumed or the furniture was never wiped even if there were stains on it . The rooms were very small
This is a decent enough hotel with a great location. The MRT is just 500mts away. And the best part are the fooding options within walking distance. You can have a full South Indian mean from $4-10 per pax. Also I recommend that you exchange yr currency at Mustafa market only. Good rates and 24 hours open.
Utensils in the room were too cheap. Also the plastics used in waste bins were of supermarkets and not garbage bags.
Noisy Guests & Housekeeping ringing the doorbell before 9am
Staff were helpful/they try best levels to help/ convinient location.
AT MOST TIME FRONT OFFICE STAFF UNABLE ACCOMODATE THE CROWD.nO ADEQUATE STAFF TO TAKE CONTROL. -NO PROPER SEATING FACILITY IN THE LOBBY, -NO MEETING PLACE WITH VISITORS,NO COFFEE SHOP OR RESTAURENT/ -ROOM KEY CARD PROBLEMS TO BE REMEDIED.eVERYTIME I GO UP ,I WAS COMPELLED TO COME DOWN TO GET THE CARD RE CHARGED.THERE IS SOME THING WRONG WITH THIS SYSTEM. . -IT WILL BE GOOD GIVE THE GUEST SOME COMLIMENTRY WATER BOTLES ATLEAST. ANY HOW WILL MAKE ANOTHER VISIST SOON. GOOD LUCK
I like nothing except location is nearby in shopping area.
This property is mostly booked or occupied by group travellers & mostly by travel agencies for holidays. Hotel staff is not polite & helpful at all. no basis things like meeting place or coffee shop or nice lobby in hotel..i will never recommend this hotel to any one. Booking.com should not recommend this to any business traveller.
Staff were very rude, room was unclean - mouldy shower. Everything in bathroom got very wet when you showered . Thin walls, loud location.
Location with good Indian food all around.
Attitude of the staff is one of total indifference. Eg. Even though the room charges included wifi, the coupon containing the password was not available. Was told someone had gone to get it and would give a call once it came. Never was called. When I called and enquired, was curtly told: "Come to the reception and get it". Also there is no complimentary bottles of water which every other Singapore hotel I have seen provide.
except the access card had issues to work in the lift.
every one excelant

Access card was nt workg fr podium rooms like level 3& 4... Both of time of travel, it didnt work in first lift. Bt 16, 9th level it worked. Buffet vy expensive fr bkfast.
The location The accessibility to shops and atms The price It's a big hotel, so it's ideal for a good impression especially if you were their on business
I hated the 2 women who greeted me at the front desk. I was exhausted and it was nearly 1. These 2 women were so unpleasant I had half a mind of cancelling and changing hotels. I asked them whether it would be fine if I could check out late since I was only there for 20 hours. But she refused saying the hotel was fully booked. But when I checked there were plenty of rooms still available for the next 2 weeks. Staff is garbage and I hope they do something about that. I really hope they'd put a friendlier team in the front. Instead of putting people who have just woken up and hated everyone for waking them up.
Near to anywhere of indian district
Staff was very rude n non cooperative.
Staff is coperative..good heigeine
No room service . All hotel staff not give respect the costumer .
location was good, but you can probably find better options nearby
rooms are old and not so clean better pay in cash, or risk unauthorized extra charges on your credit card due to clerical errors
Close to the train station
The room was really unclean. Hairs and food crams on the floor. Soap scum and pink mould in the shower room. The bath room smelt like piss. Aunts were everywhere in the room. Requested room change from the 2nd floor to the 5th floor. There were still aunts and they went inside of my suits case because I left it open during night. After having a room change and came back to the hotel from outing, we found our room's door was open. Suppose the cleaner left it open in the morning so it was open for about 10 hours. Nothing was stolen but it was unacceptable. Hindu temple is right beside of our room and they played drums and bells from 6 in the morning for 30 minutes non stop every day!! I strongly recommend to spend a couple of hundred dollars to stay at a different hotel. Seriously I prefer staying at back packers than this hotel.
Lift was using access card control but keep having problem. Slipper, toothbrush n toothpaste wasn't provide. Cant really find another hotel charging this price and don't provide all this items.
A unique location in a big modern city. Dream a little and you are back in the old Straits Settlements. A walk down Memory Lane, alive and truly vibrant. If you want a big modern hotel in a sterile environment then this 'ain't the place for you.
Noise, noise and more noise, but it goes with the location.........why everywhere in Spore is the quoted price different to the final price? Because it ".........includes tax".
