Nice welcome, good reception. Nice common areas. breakfast probably ok, but not tested to very late nights on town. The superior room was not impressive, a bit small. Lack of maintenance. No free internet > Wake up guys! |

Courtesy of staff members, breakfast area and setting, location of hotel ideal for walking to all kinds of destinations, nice river view rooms Rooms are very poorly insulated. Neighbor can be heard very clearly especially when using bathroom |

We upgraded our room and stayed on the 26th floor the room was very good and the view excellent. Unfortunately the pool area was overlooked by a building site and the noise from the site did not allow any relaxation by the pool,i feel i should have been warned about this whan I booked. |

Good Hotel. Not really a business hotel anymore. Seemed to be a lot of tourists and backpackers. They have somehow changed their clients. Or so I thought. It is still a good hotel but costly when you see some other opportunities like the new Quincy. Still a bit far out of town if you want to play around in Orchard Road. Still enjoyed my stay. |

Staff were friendly in restaurant and the buffet breakfast was good.Had asked for adjoining rooms but none were available and had to move on second night to adjoining room. Strange and annoying sound of water coming from under the sink after usage.No info in rooms about things to do etc.TV programmes poor.Pool had no atmosphere. |

The quality of service and the ambience of the rooms was excellent and the buffet awesome. Dinner at Pontinis was a real experience. I was on the 10th Floor and the sound proofing from noise in the corridors was less than satisfactory. |
