Location

The great location, easy access to everywhere, the design and the cleanliness of our room. All the staff except for the receptionist lady when we first checked in. The food was awesome. Feeling very cozy sleeping in our room.

We requested for a smoking-floor room but when we got there our room wasn't ready and we had to wait until before we were transferred to the requested room.Of course they let us stay in a non-smoking room until then but I mean, we booked for our room weeks before, can't the hotel arrange it for us earlier as well so our room would be ready when we get there? The receptionist lady on the club floor was also unfriendly. She mentioned that the guests occupying our supposedly-room were members so they could check out at 4 PM, and since we're not members, therefore we had to wait until they checked out, clean the room and be transferred at around 6 PM. What if we were only there for 1 night? I think it's going to be too much work moving from one room to another and check out the next morning. Another thing was, she didn't explain or inform us anything about our room, such as the breakfast restaurant, the facilities we could use since we stayed at the club room etc.

Close to shopping centers, restaurants and entertainment. Excellent room.

Luxury hotel and excellent location, just steps from Orchard Road. Have stayed here a number of times and the staff are always courteous and helpful. The facilities are excellent.

Not much I didnt like.

We stayed on the club floor, the service was excellent, and very personnel for such a large hotel. Also the spa, gym and pool were of a very high standard.

Nice room, use of 10 Scotts due to renovation. Good pool

The location of the hotel.

The last 2 days did not look like I was staying in a 5-star hotel,but in a machine shope.the drilling in the floor above where I was staying sarts from 09 am until 1800hrs.Not only that but upon checking out our room rates for those 2 days-18 and 19 Feb was 510 $sig instead of 490 ,the rate we have signed on as I checked-in.When I questioned the rate I was told the hotel was full which is a poor excuse.

Nice Building, Nice Rooms, Great Staff. Very close to the Major Malls of Orchard Road and the Metro Station.

They never told us that they had "Halal" options available within the Hotel. We found out later after suffering with looking for Halal food in the nearby malls.

Excellent location and polite and friendly staff. Very close to shopping (Orchard Rd is just 100metres or so from the hotel) and to the mrt transport system. I've stayed at Grand Hyatt Singapore several times and wouldn't consider staying elsewhere. One of my favourite hotels anywhere in the world.

I can't think of anything that displeased me.

Good place to stay while holiday in Singapore. Friendly staff, excellent environment and Luxury places. Will definitely staying in Grand Hyatt Hotel again.

The club rooms were excellent clean and spacious. The lounge was really good for meetings the staff were really helpful and very attentive.
