Modern, tidy and very helpful staff. Great breakfast and gym/spa are good. Locatred very centrally Monor but soaps/shampoos are not very nice |

Efficient - good vip lounge on 10th floor (quite and Wi Fi access) Had a problem with Wi Fi in hotel, but they handled it rather professionally |

The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Location was central to shopping and within walking distance to MRT and free bus to Singapore Flyer. The Room was a reasonable size and comfortable. The food was a little expensive but this is a minor consideration when there are so many alternative places to eat |

Excellent location in the heart of town with very helpful and friendly staff. There is an in-house restaurant but plenty of other eating places in very close proximity. Check out is 12 noon and we were particularly impressed by the hotel's willingness to store our luggage and to provide a room to freshen up prior to our evening flight. |

Great location, close to MRT and river / parklands. Room was light and fair amount of room , good clean bathroom. Pool was good size (but needs a bit more shade) No opening window or balcony, bar small and expensive |

Location, gym and pool all excellent. I had Breakfast on 1 moring which offered a great range and room service was always prompt with friendly service. A little disappointed that with an upgrage room I received a room with 2 singles and not a Queen/King. The room was lacking in 'Hotel Information folder/menu etc' |

The Concierge was very helpful. The Hotel is ideally placed for both evening drinking and eating and daytime shopping. Bottled water in the room was not free. I at least expect two small bottles per day as a courtesy. |

I liked the cheerful and polite staff and the central position,enabling easy access to all parts of the city. I liked the comfortable deluxe rooms. The food in the small restaurant was pretty ordinary and very expensive for what it was. The same applies to breakfast buffet.We only ate once at the hotel, as there was no shortage of places to eat in Singapore. |

Very central position so that getting to all areas around Singapore was very easy. Train station is around the corner and Singapore's MRT railway service is very easy to use. No opening windows in the rooms or balconies. Also I think for the price they could offer free internet services. |

Good location. I think the house keepig staff need to take more care of the nuances of their job and not just concentrate on cleanliness.lso in terms of the bathroom amenities there is a lot beetr that the hotel can do. |
