the location is very near to orchard road, and there are plenty of hawkers food across the street which is very nice and easy for us to eat, well inside hotel there are also small shop selling souvenir and money exchanger. the carpet is too old and i saw it like always dusty, perhaps because of age the bathroom also looks rusty and old. |

Nothing in particular I was thoroughly disappointed that when I made booking on the internet and the rates quoted was all inclusive with breakfast and taxes. However on checking in the hotel staff declined to honour the same. |

The location. We find out most of staff at the counter are not friendly and helpful. They seem to us they have forgoten to smile to the customers.We have the luck to find that smile during our check out. |

Very comfortable and walking distance to the mall in orchard area. The bed is too small for superior room (only queen size) and the aircond could not be adjusted from inside the room. The TV channel is very limited. |

the location was the only good thing our room was just acceptable but our sons room was undergoing maintenance with carpet missing in hallway outside room and generally not worth the $257 he paid. |

The hotel was reasonably well located in relation to the Orchard Road retailing area. Rooms at the rear of the hotel, even those in upper storeys, were subject to almost continuous traffic noise at night. This made sleeping very difficult. Breakfast was below average in choice of food. Plastic cups, saucers and plates, and poorly washed cutlery put us off breakfast at the hotel. |

location...first booked here in July 16,1982 cleaners only made up the beds and replenished stocks of towels and bathroom amenities but didn't sweep or vacuum as there were still our fallen hair on the floor when we got back |
