It was away fm the huistle and bustle of the city, yet located near the mall, which was convenient for dining and shopping. |

The Location close to shops and the beach. The Hotel books out all the facilities including the swimming pool. The Hotel Guests cannot use the facilities because they are being sold off to wedding parties etc. Unethical to say the least. |

Your Duty Manager, Mr Md Iskander's warm welcome was very much appreciated. There was no shower curtain in my room (1706), making the bathroom floor wet. The breakfast spread at the lounge was limited. Lovely if you can add more, e.g. Pancakes, porridge, local kueh. |

The location is perfect for short layovers in Singapore and the hotel is one of only two hotels with a free shuttle to and from the airport The only problem was that the shuttle does not operate before 7 am, despite the fact that Singapore has many flights requiring an earlier departure from the hotel. |

Although relatively far from the city (Orchard Street, etc.) it is easy to get there by taxi as taxis are inexpensive. Shopping centers and beach within walking distance. Hotel nice and clean, good food. Complimentary shuttle bus from and to airport very much appreciated. Saturday and Sunday there was some kind of event going on and the access to the swimming pool area (such as easy chairs, parasols and tables) was very limited for the hotel guests, which we did not appreciate at all. Also, we had reserved 2 rooms with king size beds, my room, however, had 2 spearate beds. But when I complained I was upgraded to a room with king size bed on the 17th floor at the same rate. I appreciated this. |

it was only a 2 nite stop over for us so we relaxed and slept most of the time although very clean needs updating.wallpaper in room hanging off wall carpets very shabby and bed sheets had holes in them |

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Pool area was good, coffee shop downstairs well appointed and free internet available off the lobby. Great location for a flight stopover to break a long journey back to Australia. |

The staff were helpful and friendly the room was clean and well presented The shower was excellent. The pool area had loungers with cushions and plenty of towels. Next door was a shopping mall and across the road was a mall with a food court. The bus stop was right outside the hotel. The pool was in the shade for the later part of the afternoon. |

I like the way of hotel staff handling quries. They're charming and quite communicative. I don't like the size of bed, to small. I thinnk this is not quite similar to accor network. |

The hotel is near from Changi air port,and there is the suttle bus service to the air port. Our flight was 5:30am and we have to check at 3:30am. So we used the suttle but when we checked out the hotel and left our baggages at the air port. Owing that we enjoyed without the baggages untill midnight. There was no MRT station around the hotel. But busses were ok. |

Upon arrival all of the staff where simply outstanding. We arrived early after a 12hr flight, they organised early check in and a room upgrade after a booking mix up. Free shuttle transport from the airport was simply brilliant, The pool was also a fantastic night scene to enjoy. The buffet breakfast could do with some improvements, the restaurant was different. |
