Conviniently located between the airport and city. Bad attitute of front counter staff, who do not put their phone call on hold to address customers at counter. As a prepaid customer, I was informed that my bill has to be repaid at the counter during check-out. |

I enjoyed my stay, the staff were friendly. The rooms are what one would expect of a good city hotel. I stayed there on 2 separate occasions and each time been very pleased with their executive rooms. I had 2 very young children with me and they enjoyed the experience. The shuttle to the airport was handy. |

Staff were all welcoming and very helpful. Facilities and room were excellent. The buffet restaurant was particularly good, too. Close to excellent shopping facilities and easy access to the city. Airport shuttle service was important to us as it was a necessary stop-over between Australia and the UK. |

Satisfactory location for overnight stay after arriving at Changi airport late night, airport transportation provided. Deluxe room had older ambiance and decor, a bit mouldy smelling, poorly draining bathtub while showering. |

i book the kingsize bedroom for neally 200 aus dollars but the staff give me the really small singel bed room .futher more ,there are no shampoo and shower gel ...in the bathroom and the telephone was also really smell...finally i changed into another bedroom, that is better than the first onebut this behaviro make me really upset and unhappy. |

Very convenient shuttle bus from and to the airport. The hotel is not in the centre but very good connected by public bus. Excellent swimming pool! |

Helpful accommodating staff, room was comfortable, breakfast was very good. Shuttle service is a winner. Nothing at all, one expects Singapore to be comparatively expensive |

Friendly staff and the free shuttle bus from/to the airport. Noisy air conditioning in the room - we mentioned it to staff upon our departure. Carpets were not very clean. |

I waited in the queue to check out for 10 mins when the room was paid for and the mini bar wasn't used - frustrating. Perhaps a 'quick drop' option should be put in place for busy check out times. |

Despite late arrival, staff were courteous, efficient and discreet. Checking in was painless, bags delivered swiftlyb to our room. The breakfast buffet was a bit bland, and should have had much more fresh frruit. |
