Not far from Sentosa The size of the room and if we are starving or have to buy something in the middle of the night, we can't find people selling food (hawker) or 7eleven (true it's not far from Vivo city but the mall only open until 9pm, after that it's close). |

Convenient, easy access to bus, taxi and MRT station at Vivo city. Smell of the room, like `very old' room. |

I feel comfortable, relax and the environmentn is good. We can feel the fresh air around and is quiet. One thing is unconvenience for me is that it is not near the shopping area. Nothing to buy nearby especially we bring children along. |

Free wifi in the lobby was nice. The breakfast was poor in selection and hot items not kept hot.. The light from the hallway penetrated around the door, so at night the room would not be dark. |

Low price, clean room, quiet room, free wi fi, ok gym for a small budget hotel. Aircon is automatically turned off when you are not in the room, and it takes half an hour for it to reach a good level. Heavy traffic of 'short term guests' through the lobby, bringing a girl in for an hour or two. A bit far from MRT, and bus system in Spor is horrible. |

Best thing about the hotel is the somewhat low price level and it still is on walking distance of the chinatown. Room was very small and the additionally purchased internet connection slow. |

Our first good impression was started with a friendly and helpful service demonstrated by front office, which comfort us staying at the hotel. The room was clean and all the things was ran properly. Toiletries available inside bathroom was good! Breakfast was included and available every morning, but Sunday. The menu was very limited and perhaps serves same menu everyday (at least during 2 days of our stay) which boring us, especially for kids. Tables available at patio were not many and some of them will be wet when rainy. |

Nothing. First, no breakfast service in the two mornings of the lunar new year, 15-16th Feb., because of the holidies for the restaurant staffs, without any preceding information about it! Second, terrible noise from the air conditioner in the guest room in the midnight. And third, no outside view except the hotel wall from the window of the room, named "superior queen room". |

The staff was responsive to my AC complain. They tried their best to fix them. The AC was in problem the first time I entered the room. I think the room is too small. The breakfast started at 7.30, while I needed to go out earlier. |

The rate I paid was Singapore $115 per night is reasonable for Singapore It was very noisy, air con didn’t work properly, no hot water when I wanted to take a shower at 6:00am, very basic level of comfort, only slightly better than camping. |

Staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Noise, which for some obscure reason seemed to reverberate through the building frequently when a room, or closet door closed. Rubber bumpers on both could eliminate or reduce this problem |

Excellent reception staff, quiet clean rooms & free wi-fi Wi-fi not free in room. A modem has to be hired for this purpose. Reception becomes busy with people using laptops! Breakfast served after 0730 hrs which is useless for those departing earlier than this. |
