The hotel's location is very near to St. Therese Catholic Church, Vivo City & Harbour Center (about 2-3 bus stops away) for shopping, tram & ferry getaways to Sentosa Island or some provinces of Indonesia. Also, it is only about 25-30mins by taxi from the airport & 5mins by taxi to the Singapore Railway Station. We find the hotel very comfortable & accessible for us since our priority destinations was to visit Sentosa, Batam, Indonesia, & off to Malaysia by train. However, if you plan to visit Singapore for its latest trends on shopping, business, cultural, & the busy city life, this may not be the best place for you. Find some hotels at much higher price near orchard road to be able to experience Singapore's bustling lifestyle. There was one receptionist who was not approachable to guest. She always frown, doesn't smile & answers questions on one liner bases most of the time. Seems rather rude for a good hotel w/ very nice family owners who runs it. Yet, everything else is surpass with the very accommodating family members, the Filipino receptionist & the nice waiter/chef of our breakfast buffet. Thanks. |

Good value for money otherwise. Proximity to Sentosa express train line. The breakfast was pretty basic and ordinary. They may do something abt this. |

The front-desk staff was friendly Rooms were small. The airconditioning was not very powerful - took 15-20 minutes to reach desired temperature. |

Convenient to public transport (i.e., on bus line to Metro). Pleantiful breakfast with some variations daily No breakfast on Sunday (not listed in Booking.com) and no nearby restaurant for same; no juice nor fruit at breakfast |

the hotel is two busstops away from the mrt from which you can reach the whole of Singapore city. Tv only has 3 chanels, no warm water in shower. I found large insects in my room one night and they dissapeared behind the fridge and bed after chasing them. However, the hotel staff was very helpfull and they send someone to help me moving my stuff to another room. |

The hotel is near the Harbour Front where there is a shopping mall and also where the Super Cruise Office is located. This saves us time on travelling. No slippers in the room |

Where friendly staff, free Wi-fi in the lobby (entrance area with 4 chairs), but a nice simple breakfast. The gym isn't big, but has a running belt and one muli exercise machine - opened 24h. When I got to my room the windows were open which made the bed seem kind of damp for the first hours - until the aircon cleared it out... |

Breakfast place Hotel should have free internet rooming like WiFi in all rooms. We do not mind they charged extra S$2.00perday on top the normal room rate to cover the WIFI services. |

Staff at the reception counter were friendly, room was clean... breakfast was ok no one at the door to help u with ur luggage... if u plan to travel at nite from the hotel then its tough to find taxi... can get a better hotel for the same price... no restaurant within the hotel so if u need any kinda room service u have to call the local restaurant/ pizza hut |

Excellent location as a base station for visiting sentosa , marine area , harbourfront , mount faber ropeway to sentosa and vivocity mall which surprisingly no body mentions in their reviews . my selection was based on my own research and booking.com provided me with excellent rates .express checkin . clean and comfortable rooms for the price . excellent breakfast on week days . no hidden charges... For the cost ..... no complaints . I was not there on sunday but generally breakfast should be served on sundays too . |

The staff were great, apart from always saying "get a taxi" when we asked about public transport! The aircon was poor, we were moved, with out asking, from 1 room when the aircon was not reliable, but the 2nd room was only a little better, if the rooms had a fan it would be a huge improvement. If you can get over the quirky bathrooms then this is a good reasonably cheap place to stay, just hope the aircon works! This hotel is a little way away from the "action" but just a $1 by bus from town. |
