the location is quite good. it's only 2 bus stops away from harbourfront or vivo city so it's a good choice if you plan to go to universal studios or sentosa or to china town.....and it's cheaper than other hotels the aircon was not functioning well during our first day of stay but they were able to replace it with a new one by the next day...when we checked-in the room, housekeeping was not properly done like the cup and spoon were still dirty and one towel was still wet but the succeeding days everything was in order and clean...there's no bedroom slippers provided :-(

The person cleaning the room is so friendly. We feel that she is genuinely committed to her work and is truly concerned about the guests' comfort. The front desk staff are also helpful and kind. The cook and staff during breakfast is fast and efficient although it may help that he be reminded not to create too much noise while cleaning up the plates and utensils. :-) An appropriate and bigger space for guests to surf the internet and use free wi-fi. Presently the hotel makes use of the reception area which has very limited space and well... the conversations in the front desk can be distracting. Also, I think they should prioritize sprucing up the breakfast area and provide a variety of foods especially for guests who stay for several days.

It is only convenient because the location of the Hotel is quite near in Sentosa going to the Universal Studio...around 4 sgd for the fare... The hotel is good but the facilities are not that good like no free colgates and etc. and also the hotel is surrounded with a smell of cigarettes which is not good for those people who are allergic and for those guest who does'nt smoke at all...

1. Had read it in one of the internet review that the blanket is a mere thin "bedsheet"... you have to experience it yourself to know how bad that can be. No complimentary tissue, something you will find even in budget hotel like Hotel81.

The best thing about Harbour Ville is its location. Its pretty close to Sentosa Island and there are many taxis available to bring you there. Probably takes you about 10 mins of drive. Other than that, I think the price is reasonable for the hotel service provided. Very accessible from everywhere. I believe that Harbour Ville can improve certainly on the overall cleanliness of the hotel. For example, the toilet on the ground floor could need some extra cleaning, and there should be a proper place to store the domestic items. The service could also be improved because I did make a phone call to the counter twice, and there wasn't anyone to pick up.

A bit convenience. No tissues, no toiletries like toothbrush/paste, comb in room. Local tv channel 8 got picture no sound. Construction site nearby - noisy. Breakfast need improvement, more varieties like nasi lama, kuek teoh, bee hoon added.

New and clean hotel, very nice design. Easy to access Harbour Front and Sentosa. Hotel is located near the road which had a lot of traffic also during the night time. Traffic was causing a lot of noise and it wasn't good for the sleep.

I was happy to leave it on check out. Just renovated. Super small room (3*3m), smoker room was given while not-smoking was ordered. Small and terrible bed while kingsize was ordered (bigger simply doesn't fit into the room). Not soundproof windows (staying even at 9th floor didn't protect from roaring cars and motorcycles in the street. Aircon is 1.5 meters away from you, I got runny nose; sleeping without aircon isn't possible. Only 1 bottle of water provided. Only soap and toilet paper in toilet. No bathtub or shower stall. Internet was ok but only some moments, some times just stuck. Breakfast was eggs, sausages and noodle all week long. Not value for money at all.

“Location is excellent, close to MRT ( Bras Basah Station) and Bugis Street market. Room was small, but adequate. Bedsheets were exceptionally soft and wonderful to the touch. Breakfast was adequate and acceptable, although some people have registered complaint, one doesn't expect 5 star treatment in a 3 star hotel! As mentioned elsewhere, Kopitiam is close, across the road, for those needing more variety, or also for other meals, as it is open 24 hours!” Cheng, London |
