Room was clean,location good,take 5 minutes bus can reach the vivo city and harbourfront.Free high speed wifi is love.

Room was very small and no view,limited choice for breakfast,simple and general.Only provided one bottle of mineral water for each day ,which is not enought for 2 people.only give tooth bush set when you ask for it.

The good things is ,I left behind my phone at hotel when I whole day out of the hotel ,very happy when I back to hotel my phone is still there.

That the bed was soft and the room was very clean. Small rooms but workable, cheap but still clean and modern.

No breakfast on sundays! No heardryer! Breakfast close at 10.00 don't be late.

The only normal thing was that bed linen was semi-clean.

Terrible place! The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. The room is vey small, even 2 persons cannot move round it at the same time. The walls are destroyed by wetness. There was terrible odor in the room that almost prevents from sleeping. In addition" seems the walls are made of paper: I could here all the moves of my nebours, it was terrible when they were moving around. In addition the noise of cars passing by kept me without sleep almost all night. The breakfast, that was promised, we were never able to taste, because it turned out that it is not served on Sunday. So the price for the room is terribly unfair.

Staff are helpful and give tips for guest's benefit. Very beautiful staff.

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially with early check-in and not too stressed about late check-out.

Couldn't get hot water after day two of three but that didnt matter so much as it was so hot outside, I needed cold water to cool down!

Very clean, modern hotel. We stayed in the 9th floor and it was calm. The hotel is 100m from a bus station which brings you to Harbour Ville, the entry point to Santosa and also the gateway to the city with 2 subway lines and a lot of buses.

The wifi didn't work well, the fitness room wasn't up to date and very small. There is a construction site next to the hotel and sometimes they work at night. The room was either very hot or very cold, gets very hot very quickly when you leave or shut off the A/C.

Clean room and nice receptionest. The transportation is OK, many bus pass by, but metro not so close. In summary, it's good, valued to live.

The room is little small even it's a big room already.

The breakfast was the worst ever I got. The birds eat serve's egg on plate and the waitress not even smile. The frontliner Helpfull to give me direction to the place I tried to reach. The lift is so hotttt no ac at all and this hotel dont have bellboy or anyone to help me bring my lugage

It's a Hotel near Sentosa at an affordable price. The staff is very kind and helpful.
