Hilton Singapore

The staff out the front of the Hotel were awesome - everytime I came back to the hotel they had a smile - it was very welcoming.

I was disappointed when I thought I was being overcharged on my initial bill (as the monday was not on Grand Prix rates) and brought it up at check in - the head receptionist dismissed it and said it was just taxes. After the excellent staff at the executive lounge found out that i had been overcharged and had to re-adjust at check out.

Having come from the Hilton Dubai, it was easy to see that the rooms in the Hilton Singapore were in need of upgrading.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and treated us like royalty. The location is great, and the room and breakfasts left nothing further to be desired. Very enjoyable. We'd recommend the hotel and we'd come back.

It would have been good if we could have had wi-fi in our room without having to phone for someone to come and log us in, but we know this is a work in progress.

The hotel is excellent located, the room is comfortable and the beds are excellent.

The breakfast was a disappointment - I would have expected much more from a Hilton hotel.

Location, easy access and the opportunity to stay in a first class hotel following a month of staying in very ordinary hotels throughout England and France.

For Business Trip , this hotel is good , as you can find every facility. For Holiday Trip i think this hotel not deserves to stay..as there is no greenery , place is very conjested you can get open air with in hotel boundry...... ( + point is its in Orchad Road , so i enjoyed by walk in night@orchard road )

There is nice LCD TV , but there is limitation program/chanels..so i never switched on TV during my stay due to this reason.

Knowing that there is an added security feature in taking the elevator to the rooms ( we had to use our keys to activate the elevator to take us to our floor)

We chose the Hilton to celebrate our anniversary and one evening we were locked out of our room. Someone at the front desk put in the wrong date of check out.

Centrally located hotel with close access to many shopping complexes. Staff were courteous and helpful, Good quality breakfast and adequatesuplies of tea and coffee in rooms. Good position and within a couple of minutes easy walk of trains. We arrived early but had no trouble checking-in and accessing our room.

I like the modern design, cleanness of the room, staff are polite and welcoming. The best thing it is in Orchard road where all the shopping malls are just close by.

The place was very clean, Staff was extremely friendly and accomodating.

We stayed in the excecutive lounge, as vegetarians we requested catering to accommodate us for the lounge facilities. This was not very well dealt with at the beginnig. The manager in the lounge said, this is what we have (in other words, we cannot do much else for you). They did prepare something for us in the end but we did not feel it was very fair, as there was a vast selection for meat eaters and we were given one choice. Seeing as we all pay the same amount to stay in the executive lounge we feel that we should not be discriminated for our choice of eating.
