Right in the Orchard road. Close to metro, shopping, dining. Very good breakfast. Although my room was a deluxe room, it was close to the air conditioning system of whole hotel. There was this never ending noise coming from this huge machines day and night. City view does not mean the view of Orchard Road but some backyards. Internet was not free. |

the hotel amenities were good not value for money....the rooms were ok but not worth the money being charged. The service was good but not exceptional or special which is expected by a guest staying in executive floor |

The staff out the front of the Hotel were awesome - everytime I came back to the hotel they had a smile - it was very welcoming. I was disappointed when I thought I was being overcharged on my initial bill (as the monday was not on Grand Prix rates) and brought it up at check in - the head receptionist dismissed it and said it was just taxes. After the excellent staff at the executive lounge found out that i had been overcharged and had to re-adjust at check out. |

The staff were extremely attentive and obliging. When we requested a change of the room which was originally assigned to us, ( traffic noise from Orchard Road was bothering us) this was arranged without any question. Windows would benefit from being double glazed which would deaden the ever increasing traffic on Orchard Road. |

The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and treated us like royalty. The location is great, and the room and breakfasts left nothing further to be desired. Very enjoyable. We'd recommend the hotel and we'd come back. It would have been good if we could have had wi-fi in our room without having to phone for someone to come and log us in, but we know this is a work in progress. |

For Business Trip , this hotel is good , as you can find every facility. For Holiday Trip i think this hotel not deserves to stay..as there is no greenery , place is very conjested you can get open air with in hotel boundry...... ( + point is its in Orchad Road , so i enjoyed by walk in night@orchard road ) There is nice LCD TV , but there is limitation program/chanels..so i never switched on TV during my stay due to this reason. |

Knowing that there is an added security feature in taking the elevator to the rooms ( we had to use our keys to activate the elevator to take us to our floor) We chose the Hilton to celebrate our anniversary and one evening we were locked out of our room. Someone at the front desk put in the wrong date of check out. |

Centrally located hotel with close access to many shopping complexes. Staff were courteous and helpful, Good quality breakfast and adequatesuplies of tea and coffee in rooms. Good position and within a couple of minutes easy walk of trains. We arrived early but had no trouble checking-in and accessing our room. |
