The location was my main attraction to choosing this hotel. It is central and close to the outram park MRT with easy access to Orchard road and other shopping malls. It has many restraurants close by (although most are opened in the evenings). The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The airconditioner was not effective and I was always sweating at night. The hotel food was quite expensive. The shower in the gym was not clean. |

Convenient for shops and not too far away from public transport. Great view from the inner balcony! Helpful staff. Very enjoyable stay. Pool and surrounds could do with an upgrade. Many broken and split tiles around the pool. |

Shuttle to City, not hourly, be sure to be ready to board from the hotel side entrance.Timetable available. Payment deducted at time of Booking, no choice of Cash payment. Cash Deposit of US$200 also required!! We offered SIN$100 which was accepted. |

We liked their food and also the availability of their coin laundry machine. When we checked in, the front desk staff seemed to be unsure of our reservation. Although we had our reservation number, he gave us a higher rate than we have reserved. It was then fixed when we showed the reservation letter when we checked out. When we first got in our room, although we informed that there would be 2 adults, there were only amenities good for one person; there wasn't even any toothbrush. Everyday, our room was cleaned but there is always something lacking with the amenities, we always had to call housekeeping and made our requests. I think they also lack staff who would welcome and assist guests going in and out of the hotel. |

I enjoyed the cityscape views from all rooms, particularly the high rooms where I was located. The pool was also very nice, with an added touch - heated towels and no sign in sign out book!!! The staff were lovley. The location is somewhat removed and it would be useful if there was a shuttle bus. |

Hotel is just 2 minutes walk far from the World City Shopping Centre which is one the best shopping Centres in Singapore. According to Booking.com website, the check out time is 12:00- 14:00 p.m. However, when I arrived in hotel I was told that it is 12:00. When I showed your website to them they extended our check out ime until 14:00, but it was a bit annoying. |
