Very nice and clean hotel. Big rooms, amazing view (I was staying at 27th floor) and pretty close to everything, eg it took me 10 minutes to get to Orchard. Bathroom was a kinda of old, small and not-good looking |

The location is good but only for taxi. The staff is quite helpful and architectural design of hotel is also interesting. The furnitures and entire hotel should be renewed. |

the fact that there is a wide range of pillows to choose from, it really caters to my need since most hotels have pillows of unsuitable height and i end up with a headache the next day. |

the location ist very strategic ( I love the shuttle service), the staff are friendly n helpfull. The design of the hotel n the breakfast, musala egg as brekfast very original. |

The good location near where I worked for 2 weeks. The staff was very customer oriented and extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The restaurant choice in the hotel was not to my taste, but then that is a personal statement. Perhaps a simple lunch/dinner restaurant would do well. |

We enjoyed the ambience. The staff were generally polite. There was a wide variety of breakfast food at the Melting Pot Cafe, which we felt was a pleasant bonus. |

A very good location within reach of business district and the perfect river side Dining resturants just a walk away. Good spread of breakfast to start our day and after our Exhibiton we had our Foot & Body massage just within the hotel at the basement. |

Staff were Obliging and tried to be helpful but a little unsure as to questions regarding facilities such as the nearest travel agent etc: This was surprising as I found a travel agent in the same building as the hotel. On three consecutive days, I had to call housekeeping to come and service the room. This was late in the afternoon on each occasion. |
