La habitacion muy comoda por ser grande. Todo muy limpio. Llegamos antes de la hora habitual de hacer el check in y tras un largo viaje y con el jet lag nos facilitaron una habitacion justo al llegar sin necesidad de esperar. Su ubicacion tal vez es lo que no me ha gustado tanto. Parada de metro a 15 min andando del hotel. |

It was an ok hotel which was most suitable for families. It is located near to a good nite club and not too far from city. The breakfast was disappointing as when food ran out it was not restocked. While the rooms had recently been refurbished they were still very dated and jaded looking. |

The actual building and views are very good. The hotel is nice but seemed lacking in having no coffee bar/cafe type place to eat. Several staff not very friendly. |

Facilities provided in the room Internetional phone callls cost me a lot of money without even making the correct call as the description given in the room of how to make a international call was wrong. All my trial calls using the description given was wrong and each call was billed to me, finallly ending up with a hefty phone bill for nothing. Please provide correct procedure of how to make an international call. |

The location was my main attraction to choosing this hotel. It is central and close to the outram park MRT with easy access to Orchard road and other shopping malls. It has many restraurants close by (although most are opened in the evenings). The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The airconditioner was not effective and I was always sweating at night. The hotel food was quite expensive. The shower in the gym was not clean. |

The hotel was comfortable without being pretentious. The staff were easy to get along with and extremely helpful. The only complaint about the hotel was that is wasn't near to an MRT station or near Orchard Road area of the City but that was reflected in the price and there were a number of courtesy buses available throughout the day. |

Convenient for shops and not too far away from public transport. Great view from the inner balcony! Helpful staff. Very enjoyable stay. Pool and surrounds could do with an upgrade. Many broken and split tiles around the pool. |
