There were renovations that made it impossible to enjoy our stay. They should have told us that this was taking place and reduced the cost of our stay. |

the locality was excellent with a comfortable and relaxing room during my checking in, whereby the front desk personnel insisted that our guests who are singaporean residents produce their passports for security reasons and with my rationale of them being singaporeans would left their passports at their 13th floor condominium and the insistence of having to sight their IDs was way too much for us.. |

It was in perfect location. Orchard road was a few seconds around the corner. Nice restaurants to choose from locally also. The staff could have informed us that renovations were going to start while we were staying at the hotel. And just aswell that we weren't planning on sleeping in as work commenced very early. |

The reception and lobby staff were very efficient and helpfull. Swiming pool complex was very well maintained and ideal to use first thing in the morning or in the evening. |

rooms are big~ 4 persons can fit in Twin Double room with 2 double beds hotel is quite old, but it is under renovation~ hopefully would be better after renovation is completed. |

The receptionist Anthony, was especially kind and helpful. So glad he was the one who checked us in. I was amazed to see the hotel has a children's corner for breakfast with kids menu set at kids' height. |

I liked the ambience....the greenery around the quadrangle on the 5th floor where my room was....the quiet along the corridors.....the lifts just around the corner and easily accessible....quick service...the welcoming manner of the staff at the reception desk..service facilities in hotel |

I liked the location, tucked in behind Robinson's Center Point and the lovely Cuppage restaurant area in restored shop houses. The personnel were friendly & polite. The room was clean & quiet and I was able to adjust the temperature to my liking which is sometimes difficult to do in hotels -- in my case usually rooms are too cold. The pool area was also very nice. I would have appreciated having availability of beverages & snacks poolside. |
