The obliging and helpfull staff. I requested an extended check out time and was granted with no additional charge. this was greatly appreciated. Great location close to Orchard Rd. |

The size of the LCD screen, the comfy of the bed. It is seated just between to underground stations, so you have to walk a litle bit to get there 5-10 minutes |

Excellent, modern and very well appointed, staff were friendly and very helpfull, service was prompt and polished. Location is good, very near orchard road and within a cheap taxi ride of all major attractions. |

My wife and I were very pleased with our room, which was more than adequately sound proofed. We thought the hotel was in a great location and catered for most travellers. Orchard Road was just two minutes away and the hotel location was good for restaurants, cafes and bars. |

Job was always cleaned, staff were very friendly, chocolates were left in our room every night together with bottled water. the only thing is that when I orginally booked I asked for a king size bed, upon arrival we were advised that our room and two single beds, we were not happy, the staff then upgraded us to a suite, with a king size bed at now extra cost, they looked after us very professionally |

Excellent service provided by all areas from check-in; restaurant; corporate centre. Staff made you feel welcomed and were flexible with our check-out which we appreciated; little touches like chocolate on bed before you go to sleep; big comfy beds and pillows; excellent buffet at Windows on Park; pool was a nice size and had good sun. |

Brilliant location, only a two minute stroll to Orchard Road. Excellent service, staff were friendly and attentive. The spacious room, we had a newly renovated room with two double beds, this accommodated 2 adults and 2 children which made for excellent value for money. Rooms were spotless and serviced thoroughly every day. We will return to this hotel on our next trip to Singapore and have already recommended it to our friends! |

Good location & very friendly and accomodating staffing, near to shopping places. Certainlly recommended to others & will stay again. No free internet provided in the package. Can't seemed to control the aircon temperature or slow respond. A bit expensive. |

accessibility to shopping, food and transport.Very wholesome and family oriented. A combination of local and international perspective. My first time to check in at Holiday Inn Park View, I thought the hotel lobby was so small. Only did I realized,upon check-out, that a partition was removed and I saw the entire area of the lobby with chandelier hanging. Excellent! |

The room was very comfortable and had a large tv screen, clean badroom , quiet , excellent bar and all the shopping facilities were nearby; Because my flight was late i could store my bags and even could use a shower at the end of the day at the spa . |

We enjoyed the upgraded rooms. Staff were very courteous and efficient. The Indian Restaurant is excellent. When the hotel renovations are finished, it will be very nice. |
