The staff are amazing. Cannot do enough to help. Usually addressing us by name (even the porters picked up our name from luggage tags). Waiter changed our dinner order after he noticed us appreciating the dessert at a nearby table, Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Room perfect, club lounge comfort and food also wonderful. Just cannot say enough how much we loved it. Just there for 2 night stop over but going back for a week's holiday. Almost forgot about the great massage! Heaven. |

The staff was superb in every respect; the food deliscious and the spa was marvelous. A great place to celebrate a special event. Only that we could not stay longer. |

It s a business hotel.I stayed one night (Sat/Sun) at a very favorable weekend rate. Superb suite. Pity I couldn't enjoy the luxury longer. Breakfast on Sundays is a disaster. Buffet is very spread out i.e. long ways from one station to another, it is overcrowded (many Singaporeans stay just for this weekend night), long queues everywhere. Singaporeans are very inconsiderate and just elbow you out of the way. 44 S$++ is a bit high for this breakfast which is very average . When I remarked that I do not appreciate breakfast in a 'school canteen' set up, the matter was dealt with without hesitation. It was a very nice gesture. No complaint as my complaint 'breakfast' was dealt with to my satisfaction. |

locality, staff, flexibility re: allowing us to check-in early although the staff were polite and friendly, at times, it became a bit much, e.g. when arriving back at the hotel after being out for the day, 6-8 staff would greet us on our way to the lift. |

Réputation non surfaite. La qualité du service et la gentillesse du personnel. La qualité et le le choix étendu de l'offre gastronomique. Bonne situation avec vue sur l'océan. On m'a contacté par email pour signaler que j'avais oublié une pièce vestimentaire, et demandant qu'en faire. |

ロビーがやや狭い印象。プールサイドにジャグジー、サウナがあるととても良い。 １１月１３日から３泊１１０７の部屋に宿泊したが１１０８の部屋が深夜騒がしく困った。スタッフに連絡を入- れ、ガードマンの方２人に注意いただきすぐ対応いただけた。不満はそれだけですので、次回の宿泊サービス等- あれば是非お願いします。 |
