locality, staff, flexibility re: allowing us to check-in early although the staff were polite and friendly, at times, it became a bit much, e.g. when arriving back at the hotel after being out for the day, 6-8 staff would greet us on our way to the lift. |

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous and our stay was made even better by a room upgrade to a suite!! |

Réputation non surfaite. La qualité du service et la gentillesse du personnel. La qualité et le le choix étendu de l'offre gastronomique. Bonne situation avec vue sur l'océan. On m'a contacté par email pour signaler que j'avais oublié une pièce vestimentaire, et demandant qu'en faire. |

ロビーがやや狭い印象。プールサイドにジャグジー、サウナがあるととても良い。 １１月１３日から３泊１１０７の部屋に宿泊したが１１０８の部屋が深夜騒がしく困った。スタッフに連絡を入れ、ガードマンの方２人に注意いただきすぐ対応いただけた。不満はそれだけですので、次回の宿泊サービス等あれば是非お願いします。 |
