no free wifi in rooms or business centre...very disappointing

Location, room view of the harbour, next to marina square mall. Sentosa is 15 min by taxi.

Breakfast was pricey!! And was very busy due to large group staying in the hotel.

From the room we can see a clear view of Marina Bay Sands. Excellent services and facilities. Good location. From there you can walk to the mall nearby and Marina bay Sands. Also within short reach to Singapore flyer and Orchard by taxi.

Long queue at the reception so have to spend time when checking in and out.

Staff is so kind and respond quickly. I asked to use freezer and regrigerator during my stay, they do it willingly accrding to my request. The view from the room is great and comfort to stay, espacially the bed is amazing. I've never exerienced such kind of comfortable bed so ever. It really worth staying.

Buffe style breakfast at 4th foor is not excellent, just OK.

Location was ok. The pool was ok.

For the same price you pay, St. Regis Singapore is so much better in value. We stayed at the St. Regis for 4 nights and planned to stay at Mandarin Oriental Singapore for another 4 nights. By comparison, the room in MO is a lot smaller; I could barely turn my body in the shower. The swimming pool in MO is nice, but the pool water is very dirty. Pool side service is good. Change room is small and dirty with NO hot water. By comparison, St. Regis Singapore offers free, hot stone spa, indoor and outdoor for hotel guests, with 6 star change room/shower facility. In MO, all internet connection requires an expensive fee. In St. Regis, you can use free internet in the business centre 24x7. Service was bad. We bought a cake in our room and called room service and asked for a pair of cutleries. It took them almost half hour to send the cutleries to our room. By that time, we have already finished the cake. In St. Regis, we enjoyed 24x7 free butler service, no matter what time of the day, we make a call and the service was there within 5 mins. We were so disappointed and decided to check out just after one night, and went back to St. Regis. There was just no comparison. People who say this is the best hotel should really try St. Regis Singapore. They are chalks and cheese!

Lobby is a bit crampt. If I need to use the local taxi I had to wait in Queue for quite sometime. As a guest of Luxury Hotel if I need to stand in Queue for anything is not good

It is a very expensive hotel and then you still have to pay for internet, silly

Excellent service and happy to help in anyway. Wonderful greeting with children at breakfast times. Very professional manner in all regards.

The Location is good. The staff does really an exellent job. They are friendly, helpful & fast . In no time you get the answers or help.In- side the hotel or out-side...Thanks to their service.

Mandarin Oriental - has to be a luxury hotel brand. We didn`t feel that way. Design & Furniture are the weak point. We had Club Room with Harbour VIew - so, view is amazing, but the furniture in the room old & cheap. Has no Asian Style. We were disappointed...

So worth it to pay a bit more and stay somewhere heavenly like this, since so many dodgey hotels in Singapore are very expensive anyway.

Well designed rooms Good location

No direct door to the mall . Bed is too soft. No halal ( Islamic food served in the hotel while marina mandarin do halal food. The entrance prefered light color marble than the black one .

Staff were excellent and anticipated all needs. You must have the chocolate fondant pudding!

The staff were excellent, especially in the Oriental Club lounge.

The a/c in the room was not very sensitive, it was too cold with it on and too stuffy with it off.

The hotel seemed to be well located and I was greeted by a young woman who described "the very nice room she had selected for me." The club lounge was well staffed and had wonderful food.

Unfortunately the young woman who promised me a wonderful room was not accurate. Although the room faced the bay, there was a horrible K-Pop concert getting ready. Incredibly loud sounds came from the floating stage Wed.-Friday along with visual confusion and great security issues due to the large crowds. I was unable to sleep on Friday evening and feel I wasted my money. Surely this has happened before so why would such a room be given to someone requesting a quiet room. I believe this clerk should be retrained and have her employment reevaluated. I spoke to several individuals but corrective action was not taken and a refund not provided. This scenario will probably be repeated so travelers should be advised.

Fantastic view from room and Oriental club service. We found all staff very helpful and pleasant

The staff was generally very friendly and forthcoming. They wanted to help and make sure the stay was pleasant. Having so many guest (when I checked in there was a queue for checkin) but still the staff remembered my name. That was amazing.

I think they need to do something about the plumbing. THe sink gets flooded pretty soon

I stayed at the Mandarin Club level, it was fabulous. They really treat you well,starting with the breakfast, to afternoon tea, and then evening cocktails. I beleive at end of the day , you do not need to eat much apart from what already been provided at the club. What was really special is that they figure out your preferences , plans ect,, and convey it to their colleagues . The hotel is within walking distance to Marina bay sands and it's satate of the art shoppes. Also it is attached to the Marina mall , which is attached to several other malls, which you can access through the underground city link (if it is hot to walk out side). City hall MRT (tube station) is also accessible by the city link.

Very high class facility and personal attention.
