Generally the staff we met are friendly and helpful. Facilities in the room are good and clean. Amenities are quite comprehensive and satisfactory. Choices of buffet is sumptuous.

Althought everything in InterContinental give me a luxury experience, many of us don't feel restful. A good sleep requires a good bed. Out of the 4 rooms we booked, 3 of them the beds might need improvement, especially all the king-sized beds. All the guests in these rooms felt the bed concaved to the centre. I have requested early by writing to the hotel to request for one wheelchair friendly room and 3 twin-rooms and possible to check in at 12.30pm. Hotel revealed confirmation to make the arrangements. Upon arrival, discovered that all rooms are double-room instead of twin-rooms as agreed and wheelchair room is not available. Staff at counter was friendly to make interim arrangement which is for us to put up in 2 of the double-rooms so all my elderly and wheelchaired grandma can rest in first. Unfortunately, 1 of the room keys denied our access. Nevertheless, we thought it is interim so did not bother to go back reception to get it changed. We waited until slightly before 4.30pm and after numerous calls, then the wheelchaired room is available for us to check in. After all the long wait, we also decided to keep to the double-room and not changing. We have booked 4 club level rooms so as to enjoy the club lounge facilities. Leading into the lounge there are a flight of stairs which is very unfriendly for wheelchaired guests. If a slope to be installed next to the stairs, it will surely be much more user friendly.

Distance of rooms from elevators. Sometimes, room cleanup would knock suddenly even if people are still in the room.

駅から近く、買い物には困らない立地。

インターネット料金や、追加サービス料金が、何の説明も無く課金されていたので驚いた。インターネット利用- が、部屋では有料であることを、明確に示す必要があると思う。1日あたりの料金が決して安くないのだから。- 追加料金が必要なら、チェックアウト時に説明をしないと、こっちは海外旅行客だから、よくわからないので、- 不利益を生じるおそれがある。高めの料金設定になっている分、そうしたサービスも細やかにする必要があるの- ではないか。

The hotel is located in the middle of shopping centre.

The hotel charge for broadband and it is not wifi connection. So very uncomfortable for business persons to stay in this hotel.

エレベータの利用は、ルーム・カード・キーを使用し、セキュリティーがしっかりしている。バスタブとシャワ- ールームが別に有り、快適であった。

日本語の新聞が配布されず、また、レストランにも置かれていない。

ベッドの寝心地が大変良く、ゆっくりと休めた。

予約は部屋代に朝食込で申し込みをしたが、精算時朝食代を請求された。予約表を見せて、請求書の変更をして- もらった。
