the hotel is in my opinion the one of the best hotel in spore..the room is roommy..nice and spacious..I like the architecture// the staffs are very helpfull..care / the foods is ok not too nice but acceptable.. probably the rate..since it;s consedered not in the city centre.. |

Good central location. Lovely pool area. Rates inclusive of breakfast were decent value. Extras were very expensive (eg. 12 SGD for a bottle of water from the minibar)! Staff were not attentive (no offer of help to carry heavy luggage from taxi, for example). Rooms were good, but not as good as they should have been for the cost. It's not hard to find better value luxury hotels in Singapore. |

Beds are comfortable, quiet room, location. The hotel facilities and helpful hotel staff was good. The breakfast is very expensive. When they bring you to the room the breakfast is very very poor, the pizza of Italian restaurant was like fast food one. |

I liked the location, the type of room ( we stayed in Shophouse, which was large enough to put 3 beds for 5 of us). the twin bed is big, the atmosphere of the whole hotel was cozy. Wish the price could be even lower. The bellboys should be more friendly and should smile more. |

The peaceful feeling and spacious room. Front desk staff not paying attention to the reseravtion and provide wrong type of room. Wrong information provided on the complementary breakfast. |

The attentive & friendly staff Diff. overzealous staff asking residents using the Club lounge repeatedly for their room numbers - should develop a system where the staff knows that the room no. has been taken (eg. a card on the table) |
