It was generally quiet with little to no disturbance. The close proximity to the beach was also convenient. The air conditioning is a little worn out and needs repair or replacement. The no pets rule may be a little restrictive. |

The seaview is the only thing that we like about this hotel. Front desk staff quite friendly. The lobby shd be airconditioned. The hotel is over priced! |

except that we were 100 metres from the beach, everything else was nightmarish everything - the whole hotel seems to be decorated by second hand chinese made furnitures that fall into pieces here and there. and they charge you 4star business hotel rates for a flea pit |

location is good, at the East Coast Park. Nice beach view The management (not the staffs) is very rude, instructed the staff to knock customer door at 12.00am MIDNIGHT to ask for full payment, even with the arrangement of credit card to gurantee payment upon checking out. The manager (Kumar Ranjit) asked me " if you have no money, why come to Singapore for ? " I have lodged a complain with Singapore Tourism Board. |

I've to do a few adjustments to my bookings due to some personal reasons. Special thanks to the booking department and Mr Umair as they have patiently attend to my bookings and waived the charges for my first booking cancellation. I do feel the hotel is a bit expensive. The staffs on duty should be more guest-oriented. The area at the side of the cafe that serves as the walkway to the pool needs to be improved as it was quite dirty and cluttered with things when I was there. |

We stayed at the business suite, it was nice, the room was spacious and quiet. Yes, the jacuzzi, there is no manual on how to operate the sophisticated jacuzzi furthermore, your staff who came to help us operate the jacuzzi told us that he does not know how to operate also, so I wondered why he came to our rescue. |

I enjoyed he position of the hotel on the beach front away from the bustle of the city, and the fact that it was mostly used buy local people. However I would only consider staying in the same block as the others did not have good position or were in party zone. I did not like the shower and toilet facilities that we needed to use after check out because we had a late flight,. They were dirty and in need of complete rennovation. |

Loved that the beach was right there with jogging and bike paths. Also lots of eateries. The front desk personnel very helpful and polite. The breakfast quality was not good. Had problems with the TV, but once fixed still only 4 channels available and not always clear. No phone in room for local calls (could only call back & forth to front desk, not even good for incoming local calls to be connected from front desk!) |

Nothing other than the sea view. Unprofessional staff, refuses any request for service. Examples: "No wine opener because Bar is closed" "No spare change for vending machines (even though they have a minimart)" "Simply flipped my stained bedsheet over when I asked for a change" Took 7 hours, 3 phone calls and me to personally go to their counter before they stock up my bathroom with amenities and towels. Avoid at all cost. |

Being in front of the sea was the only thing we liked. Believe in the reviews that says this place is rubbish. Simply a horrible place. Staff was unattentive and service is only available during checkin and checkout. The "$16" breakfast consisted of 5 items that rarely changes. I booked the most expensive suite and was given a standard room. Only after I highlighted their mistake was I given the proper room. Dirty and nothing provided. |

Läget var bra, nära flygplatsen och precis vid stranden. Fritt internet för gäster, vänlig personal i receptionen. Det låg fullt med fimpar och dammtussar i toalettfönstret. Dörrar och lås fungerade inte på toaletterna vid poolen. |

het was een redelijke ruime kamer met 2 bedden en een grote koelkast Het bed zat vol met vieze kleine beestjes!!!!!! bah!!!! ik heb er geen oog dicht gedaan. Onder de deuren zitten ook grote kieren, dus alles kan er ook gewoon inlopen. |
