Staff very helpful.

Traffic noise very audible on 2nd floor (room 210), but much less so on 3rd floor (room 305).

Location is really good.

Cleanliness of the 2 rooms I stayed in was below standards.

The rooms were very nice and spacious with very comfortable beds! Shower in the center of the room was excellent for a romantic couple but probably not suitable for families.

The breakfast at the sleeping rhino was bad ... Sour (Spoilt) food was serve during the morning breakfast. Variety was poor. Service was bad. When feedback with regards to the spoilt food, no apology was made only towards the end. Room was quite dirty. The outdoor area, was also dirty with the night lights all spoilt except only one. There was no hot water boiler in the water other than the coffee dispenser. Overall, was a disappointment.

I love the idea that it's an exclusively small hotel. We felt that we're very well taken care of. Plus, the house-keeping was brilliant and prompt! The staff were considerate (as we're travelling with a 2yo) - they gave us a corner room, and highest. So that our child wouldn't be disturbing the other hotel guests.

Everything was great

Flexible staff who allowed us into the room early even though check out was not until noon. The beds were soft and sooo comfortable. I slept really well despite it being located in the CBD. Nice location near to China town and all the other places like Marina Bay Sands etc.

The see-through circular shower in the middle of the room with space age fittings! It looks good, but the tap was hard to control- did Nasser invent that thing?- and the water was either boiling hot or freezing cold. I found the floor slippery in the shower and was not comfortable using it. I grasped the pipe in order to steady myself and almost got third degree burns. Design should be unobtrusive, in my opinion!

When available I choose the Oasis Suite at Klapsons. I just love to sit on the terrace outside in the middle of Singapore or enjoy the huge jacuzzi.

This was my 5th stay at Klapsons and until today I had never a single justified complaint.

I booked the Oasis Suite, mainly for the outdoor terrace and jaccuzzi.

The hot tub and the design.

Everything was ok , just that is not clean enough. I like the design, and becos of the hot tub i booked the hotel. We are singaporeans wanting a relax weekend, but the tub not clean ,the curtains with dirt, and bad breakfast we had . Only had toast and eat no more food for us when we came down for breakfast. The worst part is we are asked to pay for a untouch safe box as it was spoiled.we had a bad experience this time. Bad management.

The breakfast food very limited n the jaccuzzi in my room balcony is too explored n also not function well.

We loved the private jacuzzi and the comfy bed as well as the excellent service provide by the staff there. The staff were friendly enough to bring us to our room and introduced us to the facilities when we checked in. Queries were addressed promptly and any additional equipment required was sent up quickly. Breakfast was simple yet extremely scrumptious

Lack of cover for the outdoor area during rainy days. Lost jacuzzi time that way. Perhaps an option to have a retractable roof cover would be ideal.

Замечательный , не большой, тихий и уютный отель, очень приветливый и внимательный персонал, думаю если вы едете в сингапур по бизнесу ,этот отель самый подходящий, хотя и нам как просто туристам было очень приятно остановиться в нем.)))

Chambres super design.

El hotel es increible. El diseño de las zonas comunes y de la habitación te dejan bocabierto y el desayuno es excelente. Vale la pena cada centimo que cuesta.

Le confort de la chambre, le design exemplaire et très personnalisé de la suite Klapson. Un Staff très à l'écoute des clients, ainsi qu'un "Sky bar" au 17ème étage à l'ambiance très chaleureuse et envoutante. Le système de gestion de la luminosité dans la suite Klapson est remarquablement bien pensé. Le skybar dispose d'une carte avec des produits relativement abordables et originaux, des concerts intimes ont lieu en début de semaine. Je recommande vivement la suite Klapson, pour tous les couples qui veulent passer un moment agréable sans se sentir oppressés par une foule de gens. Mon amie et moi avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour son côté intimiste et non surpeuplé, et lorsque nous voulions plus d'ambiance et de monde, il nous suffisait de prendre le taxi 5 à 10 minutes pour nous rendre dans les autres skybar à ambiance plus électrique tel que celui du Marina Bay sands.

La térasse ne semblait pas avoir été nettoyé depuis la dernière occupation. La propreté de la terrasse dans son ensemble n'en était pas affectée, néanmoins j'ai du passé quelques minutes à nettoyer le Jacuzzi avant de pouvoir l'utiliser.

The quiet and comfortable environment

就店是设计酒店，还有有新颖的东西的。

房间打扫不干净，性价比太差，根本不值2000，市中心乌节路的2000多的酒店比这好多了。

es ist nicht ein so großes Hotel... Es herrscht eine persönliche Atmosphäre. Schöne, moderne Ausstattung.

excellent service, design, good beds, quiet, good location, good restaurant, nespresso-machine, close to chinatown en public transport

Pro - on the direct airport mrt line, not far to get anywhere by mrt, not a big hotel chain, fresh fruit at breakfast, spacious room with terrace and outside shower, some good restaurants nearby for lunch as well as and markets, short stroll till chinatown, nespresso, soda, juice and beer in the room, iphone dock, and probably the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. The fastest way to get there is to exit Tanjong Pagar station and turn right, at the first crossing turn left with the biulding site to your right. At the end of that short road turn left and cross over the pedestrian crossing into the shopping mall. Pass it and exit turning left. Immediately pass over into the next mall. Pass it and turn left, cross over Enggor Str and a few metres streight on the left you're already there.

Con - due to it's location rather in the cbd than Chinatown there isn't much to do. People flock to offices during the day, during night it's empty and everything is closed including restaurants (at 10pm we just found one korean open around the corner). The design of the hotel is unique but needs modernizing, the restaurant at breakfast was freezing, I think I caught my cold there, breakfast not too much choice but freshly made eggs, fruit and good choice of cereals + sausages, the shower in the middle of the room looks interesting but isn't practical, we took shower on the terrace instead which should have been cleaned before as well as bulbs exchanged - 3 of them not working so ended up taking shower in the dark, we missed a comb and cotton pads + earbuds, and if you are a fresh couple you might want to reconsider given the lack of privacy of the semi transparent toilet and see through shower.
