Room appeared clean and tidy. Lots of pillows.

bed is very firm. Internet was terrible, many times it was unresponsive, and just didn't work. It would lose connectivity many times, then work for awhile, then alternate between no internet, and working fine. Very unstable. Room had a bit of a moldy smell to it. No hand towels in the room, only 2 bath towels.

I hate this hotel! I have never been in a hotel in which I had to walk for over 10 mins from the lobby to the room. That's not what really horrible...what's horrible was the smell in the room! The room smell like you stay in the gutter or even worse in the public toilet. We complained the front office promised to sent engineer who never came. At the very end they took sgd 36. I will NEVER go back to the hotel again!

Location, free and ample parking, free internet and abundant good food in the vicinity. Friendly staff and hassle free check-in.

No Gym. Room too small.

Used to be good as I can get the single King side bed and boutique style room design for a good price, but now the price has went up so much, with a company budget, those were the day

The service level has drop, my this visit, I had check in around 5.30pm, the room was without shower towel and upon my request, it took half an hour for them to deliver. Thought I book a single bed room but was given a twin bed room, could be my mistake.

Convenient proximity to central city. Easy access to food,transportation

No in room wifi. Hotel has two buildings separated by a main road that is link by a bridge .however there is only one entrance. Very inconvenient if your Room is in the second building. Very noisy even in the middle of the night.

Only employees that they were frinedly.

There is no facilities. Service charge was too high.

The rooms are not as shown as in the site I had booked a Executive deluxe Suit as per the photos given in the site but the room was smaller as compared to the room viewed in your site. Feel did not give the room what I wanted but charged me for the executive deluxe room Thus overall not very happy with the hotel facilities and the room I had not worth the money I spend

Rummen var små och badrummet luktade mögel. Sängen var för hård.

1、几乎没有什么喜欢的地方，如果搭乘地铁的话，建议在中把鲁MRT STATION下比较方便，如果在欧南园下，会穿过非常复杂的马路，比较不安全、不方便。 2、一定要说好的话，对面的中把鲁食物中心有点小口碑。

1、床单比较脏，有污点；2、每天的清洁用品会少发放，尤其是拖鞋；3、酒店网络的路由器超负荷，本地连接- 的IP地址需要经常更换，以免撞车。

Хороший отель для бизнеса. Удобное расположение, приемлемая цена, быстрый Интернет. Есть бесплатный шаттл, который связывает отели и доставит в центр Сингапура.

Комнаты очень маленькие, однако это не имеет большого значения для бизнес поездки. Желательно иметь шаттл для встречи в аэропорту и доставки в аэропорт.

It is a right hotel which I want to stay during my visit. It is just five minutes walk to MRT and Bus station, it helps you to travel arround the city if you want. I enjoyed a lot when I was in this hotel.
