staffs are good...room is good enough to stay..location is good as it is accesible to all means of transportation... only thing that annoyed me are hearing voices from guests passing by our room especially during early morning... |

staff very friendly..hotel very clean and modern...only a few min walk to outram park MRT station and then only one stop away from major attractions...room service quite good value for money. rooms are small but of a fairly high standard...did not cause a problem and would stay here again |

room was small but tidy. our aircondition got broken in the mid night but we didnt get new room.. the room looks much better at photos. hotel was far a way from citycentre and shopping areas |

The duration of my stay there was excellent and the place has a homely feeling. The hotel is by the main road, its slightly noisy during peak traffic hours. |

Helpful staff. Rooms are VERY noisy from inside the hotel. Hotel staff will wake you up early in the morning when vacuum cleaning...your neighbour's room. It seems they actually are in your room. A lot of noise coming from the corridor therefore be careful if you are jet-lagged. No hair dryer. Noisy aircon. The hotel is split in two, which implies walking 150m or more to get to your room. |

it was very clean, quiet and easy access to bus across the road. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent value compared to many others we investigated. no swimming pool |

Convenient, value for money. Staff pretty pleasant. being told that the new slippers will be exchange/given only if the present slippers are dirty! Ridiculous. Told only 2 bottles of water are given per day. (suggest hotel put a small note to say so. |

location is good and accessible. The room was small and you can hear the doors of the other rooms closing. Although clean and comfortable, table lamp didn't work, water from the bath area was flooding the wash basin area, front desk was very far for checking in and out. |

To my surprise it was very clean and modern. Transportation is overall convenient. The mrt station is just 2 stops away by bus. I would definatly recommend family and business passengers to try out for it. |
