The staffs wjo checked us in and out wore no expressions on their faces. No warmth greetings; much less tratments to make us feel welcomed. We stayed for 2 nights. No toilet amenities were further suppled on our 2nd day stay. |

The staff was super. Requests were handled in quick time. In a very short time we called by name by many members of the staff. The club floors are very nice. Breakfast was great. Evening cocktails were a treat. |

Friendly staff, the hotel is white and so clean. M Hotel is luxury hotel with budget rate. Just across from bus station, but a little far for walking to the MRT station. |

New, very clean, very nice gym, even a small climbing wall, close to metro station. A bit far from the centre, but you can get there fast with metro. |

Simple to get to from the airport, convenient for China Town area and mrt. Hotel is ok value for the money. The views from the rooms are't great - either the shipping port or some other tower blocks |

Nice staff, clean, good food, AC was working and quiet even though construction work outside (I lived at 17th floor towards the water). |
