only 5 min walk from metro station. Restaurant breakfast good value and quality and restaurant evening meal good. However, the hotel is better for business than tourist. mattresses were very hard rather than just firm. Also, no tourist information available except from staff verbally and a city map that was very misleading |

Good location for us not far from chinatown where we enjoyed the evening atmosphere. Plush and varied facilities - I've not found a climbing wall in a hotel before! Excellent breakfast buffet. Overall a welcome last overnight stay on our way home. |

Better than expectation, although an adequate description at the website. Elegant and fresh design with plenty of areas in the broom to store and place "stuff". Professional, service minded and pleasant personal. Situated in boring surroundings but relatively close to mrt. (10 min walk) |

spacious well equipped rooms, nice lobby and pool area, great breakfast, very kind staff on reception (especially bellmen), we have been offered to take a shower before our late evening flight - big plus!!!! it is not very central location for sight seeing or shopping - you have to take taxi or a subway all the time |

We were moved in the night from 14th to 19th floor which due to the noise of the disco in weekend which takes places on the 9th floor. that was nice! Nice beds! Easy to reach from airport by MRT. Breakfastroom bit crowded and long waiting times to be seated. Extended stay till 18.00 hours a bit expensive.But possibility to use the pool and very clean shower if staying longer to rest before Intercontinental Flights. |

The staff was extremely helpfull and the rooms Spacy and very clean I staid on the 26th floor looking at the harbour facilities. During the night one could hear the Container traffic to loud. Improving on Window noise insulation is recommended. |

I was pleasantly suprised. The hotel is superb, rooms great, food excellent,staff first class and location good. Excellent value. I trevelled to Singapore on business in the late 1990's for 9 years and each week stayed in 4-5 star hotels, been to singapore 600 + times and the M Hotel beats them all. PS. As a previous hotel owner ( sold 6 months ago ) your recommendations of the M Hotel was excellent Not a thing |

The staffs wjo checked us in and out wore no expressions on their faces. No warmth greetings; much less tratments to make us feel welcomed. We stayed for 2 nights. No toilet amenities were further suppled on our 2nd day stay. |

The staff was super. Requests were handled in quick time. In a very short time we called by name by many members of the staff. The club floors are very nice. Breakfast was great. Evening cocktails were a treat. |
