1) check-in process too slow. 2) online confirmation from hotel to be firm and guest should not be told of "room confirmed is still subject to availbility" only upon time to check in. a bit too late for traveller. |

It is so convenient during my stay in mandarin orchard. The b1 carpark lift shut down after 12am I understand becuse of the safety purpose. |

This hotel is wonderful, It worths to pay.The decoration of the room is gorgeous. The breakfast is excellent. But I think performance of the person in the counter would be better. |

Location, Location, Location! An already awesome hotel, made better by the development of Mandarin Gallery shopping arcade. A gem in the heart of Orchard Rd. The fact that the reception is at level 5. The former Meritus Mandarin has more accessible front reception. |

Only the location went for this hotel. The new rooms are too small compared to other similar category hotels in Singapore. Beds in the Meritus Club Roomn is very small. Smaller that the main wing. Room is too cramped. The very big massage chair did not help at all. It added stress due to the very limited space. |

The Room. Even though the size is not big, but the lay out is excellent. It is very difficult to communicate with the house keeping, especially who made up the room. (They are speaking only Chinese). |

nothing was to my satisfaction bad programming of elevators. 9 elevators and up to 12 min waiting. Internet only with difficulties. Bell captain org just riculous. Check-out queus 45 minutes due to slow motion of staff. No swimming pool ! |

Have stayed at the Meritus Mandarin a number of times. The hotel has been under renovation for the last 12+ months and are now nearing completion. They are transforming the hotel, which it needed. The new breakfast/dining area on the 5th floor is a welcome change. Most of the rooms have not been updated, but they were ok in the first place. The newly opened Mandarin Shopping Mall under the hotel makes grabbing a coffee, etc extremely convenient. In terms of location, it is arguably one of the top three hotels on Orchard Rd. As a result, I fully expect the hotel rates to go up oncethe renovations are finally completed. |

The hotel room was spacious and nice. The staff was very helpful and professional. We had the breakfast buffet and it had many different kinds of food that will suit people from different parts of the world. |
