The staff were all very friendly and the room maid excellent They have a serious issue with their internet wireless system to all Mac users that needs to be addressed. I stayed for 4 months in the Grand Hyatt S'pore last year and my wireless connection was never interrupted even though I was using a MacBook laptop. |

Excellent location on Orchard Road. Nice big room and bathroom. Hotel is under renovation which detracts from its appeal for the moment. Checked in early after long flight from Paris and could only get a twin room rather than King. Room was not made up after my first night there. Left my room at 1pm only to come back at 8pm with no room service. Make sure you press the make up room button or they will leave it without room service! Considering there was no do not disturb sign on I found this rather poor to be honest. I did not request it be made up i just put up with it. |

Excellent service, great location, clean very comfortable room. Yes there was a great deal of noise from the renovations being carried out. I was really surprised that this would operate 24 hours a day - in fact we had real difficulty sleeping with the beeping sound from the reversing machinery and the jack hammer. |

because it near shopping centre, however, the hotel was renovated and hope it finished soon, because makes me lil bit annoyed. when i came to singapore, i'm absolutely stay at meritus mandarin. and the first time i checked in a week ago, i must wait the room for 3 hours. its make me tired to wait. |

I thought the staff was very good and helpful. The location is great. Unfortuanately on the first night i was given a room in the smoking floor for want of rooms in the non smoking section. The room was not in a good state . They shifted me the next day to a room that was good in the non smoking new wing |

Rested and Shop, Shop, Shop. Could not fine our booking, did not have the right room, where locked out of our room the third day due to having the incorrect information. Plus most up setting was the incorrect charges, where quoted $152.00 a day and where charged $178.00 not including tax or service charge. |
