The location of this hotel is very strategic for business and mostly for shopping. Just 2 minutes walk to biggest mall in Singapore like Takashimaya and Paragon. For MRT (Orchard station), just 5 minutes walk. Whenever there're special rate promotion, you need no doubt to choose Mandarin Meritus. |

Being in the middle of Orchard Road - the shopping strip of Singapore - location of Meritus Mandarin is very convenient. During my stay the other wing was under major renovation, but it did not bother our stay in other wing, I.E. room was quiet, clean and luxury. Door man, Bell boy and Taxi arranger were all showing excellent service! We would stay there again when we visit Singapore! |

I like the location. Very near the shopping center in the heart of Orchard road. The hotel is still renovating. So not in its best shape. |

I like the room design . And the bed. It is so comfort. And the location is very strategic. All the staffs are warm and nice. I stayed for 4 days, and only the first 2 days got towel. The other days I didn't get any towel in the bathroom until I had to ask the cleaning service every day. And the haircap too. |

It is convenience from the shopping area also near the Mount Elisabeth hospital the staff are quite professional and friendly the key room often not working properly so it is uncomfortable if u have to call the receptionist or have to walk back to the reception lobby |

Near with the shopping mall, easy to find others food. Almost all of staff can speak Bahasa, it' very nice. Yes, on 2nd day they forgot to put coffee/ tea bag. |

Extemely pleasant and helpful staff throughout the Hotel but especially Irene in the Chatterbox and the lady who cleaned our room Unfortuneatly the refurbishment was underway and some noise was especially noticeable. Also felt that the bedding ie the pillows were uncomfortably hard.Was there a swimming pool?? |

Every thing was up to mark and excellent. Hotel is in the middle of orchard road which is the centeral point for the tourists. Breakfast should be provided within the room rates. |

It is at the centre of the shopping area in orchard. Location's great As the hotel is currently undergoing renovation works, there are plumbing problems. Water gushes out of the toilet bowl occasionally |

the location of the hotel is in the heart of business as well as shopping area, so it would be good for a combination between business and leisure. it is close to ME hospital and Parkway Health or Paragon for those who need to do with health check. |
