The hotel is still as visually stunning inside as when we stayed 15 or more years ago, and the staff are still top notch. Very welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

Its location in the centre of town.

the first room we were checked into smelled. The second room was right beside the room and it was noisy. On our second night, there was construction by the road at 2am. We had a very poor night.

Staff very helpful. Front desk excellent.

Be aware freephone (1-800) in Singapore does not mean there is no service charge. In case of this hotel $3 is a little steep.

The staff, room and facilties were excellent.

The drinks tended to be a bit on the expensive side. Sgd$20 is too much for a beer.

Was provided with another room not agreed on the booking. Listed price a bit high and did not include 17% of tax and service charge.
