Location, very convinence to all spots. Shopping mall just beside the hotel!

The pillows in room are not comfortable, it hurt my neck after the second night. No free wifi in room?!

Location, room price, bed is very comfortable, mineral water pool, food & beverage prices are fair

little bit old in places such as bathrooms, breakfast food quality is average, selection is good.

I love to stay at marina nadarin. Really excellent staff at check in counter. Everything in the hotel is the best. I recomend. Better than Sands Marina Bay.

they charge extra for our breakfast, when I booked the rooms at bookings.com, I chose the rate with breakfast but when we are checking our, we are charge again.

Great location, great transportation nearby.

Great hotel. Well positioned for sight seeing Singapore. We paid extra for Bay view which was well worth it. We also upgraded to Club class and felt we got value for money as breakfast and cocktail hours were included.

Great location near to Suntec. Comfortable room with good space. Nice sized outdoor pool.

Room decor needed refurbishment. Bathroom decor old. Air Con noisy at night. Balcony door lock broken. Bed hard. Tv and programme choice poor (typical for Singapore). Caged birds in Atrium in the morning. Internet charging. Food/drink prices high. Nearby building site working all night. Paying to cancel booking.

Poorr reception. Room facilities are old and no adequate for money. Scarce minibar.

Beautiful hotel, especially at night. The location is close to everything. It is a part of quite large complex connecting another hotel, mall and mrt entrance. In case of rain very comfortable to walk for food or transport.

I was surprised seeing old holes in floorlamp and in my bathrobe. Paid wifi is funny. Our shower splashed in all directions, the maid definitely knew that but nothing was fixed during 3 days of our stay

The internet is not free

Everything was good. Special thanks for Alanson-very friendly receptionist from 2 girls, if you remember us. He did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is nice, close to mrt. Loved it!

Great location

Outdated air conditioning system, that did not managed to lower the room temperature below 26 deg C.

- Lots of elevators - Near to marina bay sands - The greeter, in front of the lobby, very friendly all day long - Can use the gym facility if need to freshen up after check up -Free wifi

- The reception staff very efficient but could be more listening, not always asked guests to wait.

We have stayed before, although it was four years ago! We will stay the next time we are in Singapore, The staff and the quality of service was everything you could ask for! We have already recommended it to others.

Location near upmarket malls

Cold noncommunicative machine like staff who cannot even put up a sales smile . complete non accomodation of all requests with the standard excuse- we are full up!-did not seem so! No to room with a view ,high floor, late check out at 2pm etc. they never ever even looked at my 6yr old and wife as if they were nonexixtent! ???? chinese communist headquarters cannot be colder!

Decor needs updating and very noisey outside in the early morning, people coming out of club who were very loud and also traffic noise because of front of hotel location.
