direct access to the shopping mall, the view is nice, location is perfect, good breakfast, room is clean and well aranged. I ask the reciption lady not to pre-authorize my credit card and to take the charges immidiatly, and she agreed to do so. i gave her the card and she pre authorized the card as we didnt agreed on any thing!!! (very baaaaaad lady) and thats blocked my card at the end. |

It's very convenient to access to the shpping mall, however, if the hotel can add in one recreation centre for young kids, that will be fantastic. The morning breakfast, I have stay for 4 nights, they provide exactly the same menu for everyday. |

The gym facilities were good. My room was not 5 star and was overly priced compared to other 5 star hotels I have stayed within Singapore. The internet and phone charges are too high considering most people would visit for business. The rooms are not well designed and not sound proof enough - you can hear every car on the street and every lounge act in the lobby - even though I was on the 13th floor. |

The feel was good right from the start. Helpful porter and courteous counter staff at the check-in counter. In particular, staff at the swimming pool were friendly and attentive to the needs of the children. |

Having previously stayed at other Mandarin Hotels i was confident of the quality and service i would encounter, and was not disappointed . From the excellent facilities to the attentive, informed and very friendly staff i could not fault anything , which led to a productive and enjoyable visit , spoilt only by it's brevity . Looking forward to returning in the future . Only staying 4 days . |

Everything. The greeting and service are excellent, the constant security is great. The breakfast was fine, well set out. The foyer, lounge and relaxation seats are wonderful. Really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return. No. Again, only the access to Marina Square and the stairs to level 3. Could there not be lift access to level 3 instead? |

The staff politeness and location which is near conference hall (SUNTEC CITY), shopping and entertainment. To me, its value to my money spend. NONE. I definitely would come back and recoomend to friends and will ask them to use booking.com for reservation. |

I was given a small box of pineapple tart around tea time. Its a nice gesture for the hotel to provide such service for the guest. Feel very welcome. Maybe the balcony. They should have some room for chairs to relax at the balcony to enjoy the city view or harbour view. |

I enjoyed the room service menu... Good food overall, and timely/polite service. The room I stayed in was a little noisy... being situated above the complex's air conditioning cooling units. The noise with a constant hum 24hours a day was a little anoying through out my stay. |
