Superior staff service. Across the street from the Convention Center and major shopping areas. Air conditioning at the Club floor lifts lobby area must be re-engineered. |

Excellent location; very professional & courteous staff; well appointed & comfortable room; good vista of the 'downtown' Singapore skyline (if you're in a NW facing room); great pool area for a city centre hotel; early check-in & late check-out accommodated without fuss |

Found insects in the room twice, despite reporting it to the duty manager no action was taken although they have promised to do that and after two days i had a phone call from the duty manager informing me that they have treated the room with special spray and i have been kept in the same room with a smell of chemical treatment...!!! The weard insects in the room and no customer service at all. |

The hotel is accessible to the malls, staff are axcellent friendly and accommodating, food are very delicious and lots of choices, room is very tidy and comfortable, rates are fare enough for a five star and luxury hotel within the city. |

Stayed on the Meritus Club. Nice room, shower and bed. Nice and frendly staff. Didn got any welcome amenities or in-room fruit platter. Refreshments and evening cocktails at the Meritus Lounge was very poor. Expensive minibar and drinks at the hotel bar. |

The professionalism and services provided by the staff from Maritus Club were brilliant. The hospitality exhibited by the staff was most commentable. The entire chain of excellent service was broken by the old Indian chap manning the concierge counter. His behaviour and manner were most unacceptable. He behaved as thought he is paying for my parking charges and no sense of being a service provider. |

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Nice dressed female staff is welcoming everyone at the hotel. Laundry service is too expensive, wireless internet was only available in additional service package (also including breakfast) |

Good sized room. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There was much noise from the room next door, mostly coming through an inner (closed) door connecting two separate rooms (for families). Screeching, jet-lagged children in the adjacent room kept us awake all night. There was also a lot of noise from the traffic (front side of the hotel). Bad plumbing - the loo did not flush properly. The breakfast buffet was pricey and nothing special. |

nothing much as it was short visit,just stay there to sleep. Hotel suppose to give breakdast for the price i paid as when i make the reservation it was stated including breakfast but was not included when we cheked in. For the extra bed we paid $80.00 also suppose to get breakfast but d hotel didn't include when we arrive. |
