The inside of the hotel was beautiful and the pool facilities were good. The shopping facilities underneath the hotel were excellent.Excellent location. The pool area needs more lounges, there was no more room to lie down, not enough lounges. |

We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Great service, friendly & helpful staff and the room was comfortable and well-equipped. It is centrally located in the Suntec/Marina area so very convenient for an afternoon/evening's shopping and dinner. Almost everything was great. The one thing that we didn't like was the toilet lights could not be dimmed. We like to leave a light in the toilet on so that anyone who needs to use it in the middle of the night could find his/her way. However, the way the room is designed is one translucent wall of the toilet faces the bed so we had the situation where we either leave the lights on (too bright) or off (no light at all). Ultimately, this was just a small hitch and will not stop me from returning for future stays. |

Fabulous room with all the fittings. Pool area is great and the location is connected to a mall. The restaurants are excellent and good value. The Meritus club is worth it considering you get free internet, breakfast and drinks in the evening. The pool / gym did not have a sauna or steam. You have to pay $20 to use the one in the Spa. |

The service was personalized. We were expected, greeted, assisted, and welcomed very warmly. The Hotel was also very family friendly, having all the amenities to keep adults & children comfortable. Room service was good. Location is excellent! Overall Excellent! |

Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Though the hotel did not have my confirmed reservation on file, the staff was patient and eventually sort out the issues with my reservation. This is not related to the hotel, but I was not disappointed that my reservation for a night's stay at the hotel was not received at the hotel. I am not sure what happened to my booking at this site, but I will be cautious in recommending this booking.com site to any of my colleagues. |

Outstanding service from staff, superb view of harbour, excellent evening buffet meal, location, general ambience. Initially finding routes from the hotel through a maze of shopping malls - although a map found later was a great help. |

The restaurant Peach Blossoms was diabolical for a restaurant in such a nice hotel iy was expensive for such a limited menu and the food was inedible in the party of 4 we all left we complained and would hope to have a refund, kind regards, George Massey. |

The room was nice, and spacious. Service at the hotel was not good, as I had to wait for an hour before I got my room. The check in time was 2pm, I did not get my room till 3pm. The cleaning crew said they needed more time. |

Hotel was well designed, good location, and very clean with extremly friendly and effecient staff. On dull days the inside walls of the hotel appeared rather drab due to the concrete construction. |

Found insects in the room twice, despite reporting it to the duty manager no action was taken although they have promised to do that and after two days i had a phone call from the duty manager informing me that they have treated the room with special spray and i have been kept in the same room with a smell of chemical treatment...!!! The weard insects in the room and no customer service at all. |

The hotel is accessible to the malls, staff are axcellent friendly and accommodating, food are very delicious and lots of choices, room is very tidy and comfortable, rates are fare enough for a five star and luxury hotel within the city. |
