Helpfully staff and clean Room far too small to be classed as a double room. No where to sit and bed pushed up against the wall was unacceptable .There was no where else to put it as the room was so small. We were on the second floor and guests were arriving day and night, talking and shouting slamming of doors no chance of sleep.

Centrally located and easy access to bus and Mrt services As well as restaurants and shopping centres. My room was not at all like the pics on your website.housekeeping was not completed as the floor was dirty and there was no toilet paper at all. The bed was very uncomfortable as the matteress was covered with a thick black plastic that I could feel thru the thin bed sheet.....could not sleep. The breakfast included with the stay was outside the hotel in a very unpresented cafe. Not clean with no clean cutlery and or napkins.the food was very poor and instead of sausages, hot dogs was served with cold toast and no butter.apart from the basic set many choice for 4 items, any other was to be purchased. I have sent pics of my room and the food to your customer service website.

I really liked the location of Marisson Hotel. Close enough to the MRT station. Near to the prominent Bugis's shopping spots such as Bugis Junction, Bugis +, Haji Lane, and of course Bugis Street. Best for cleanliness. Recommended for family trip, although you'll need to book more rooms if you bring more than 2 people (considering the hotel's strict rule of rooms maximum capacity) - the price wasn't really worth it (room space and limited choice of breakfast menu) - the strict rule of rooms maximum capacity was sort of annoying

The absolute only positive thing about staying at this hotel was the location. The close proximity to Bugis Junction was ideal for us. The size of the room was dispicable, even for two small people. The bathroom had no counter for toiletries, nor did it have a proper shower. There were bugs flying around the drain in the bathroom. The room and bathroom smelled like bleach, and the towels were also poorly washed and reaked of bleach. There were hairs on the bed-spread. The rooms and hallways outside were tiled, so I could hear every footstep outside the door. The WiFi could only be accessed by one device at a time. The complimentary breakfast wasn't anything special, I've gotten much better food at 7-11. I can't believe how much I paid to stay here for 6 nights...BEWARE! This is more like a hostel, the price/night should be no more than 30 bucks.

The location is very convenient Room is too small, bathroom has a lot of flying insects, bedsheets and towels are dirty. Request to make up room but they only make up bed, bathroom was still filthy! Very noisy, every conversations & door closing can be heard vividly in the room. They are strangers disturbing (bell ringing & inter room calling) during wee hours, really annoying. Complaint this to hotel staff but no action taken. Seriously, I would not return nor recommend this hotel to anyone!

Ignore all the bad reviews about this hotel because some are just isolated cases. This hotel is nice because it is just near Bugis Junction, Bugis+, BHG and Bugis Village which will positively satisfy your shopping cravings!! They're not all high-end shops such as the ones in Marina Bay, but both Marina and Orchard can be easily reached through train. Location is not really a problem in picking hotels in Singapore. Just pick the one near stations because Singapore is small and EVERYTHING is just minutes away by using the train. Also, research everything when making an itinerary so you don't get lost or stuck doing nothing or figuring things to do. The rooms were so small even though we got upgraded to Deluxe Rooms. It was just enough for 2 people. This was not an issue at all because after all, travelers are not after the hotel anyway. It's just somewhere we sleep, take a bath, and change our clothes. Breakfast is not buffet. You just get to pick among 4 plates. Fried rice, vermicelli noodles, banana maple toasts, jam and butter toasts, etc. All comes with unlimited coffee and tea. In short, their breakfast is just enough to survive the morning. Nothing really special.

The location is very accessible. Walking distance from the Bugis Malls, Night Market, Electronics Shops, Restaurants and the mrt. The Hotel Ladies are very accommodating. The room and bathroom are clean. I didn't like the room, it's so small. Not what I have expected considering the price. It looks bigger from the photos in the internet. And the free breakfast? Wow! It's really bad, not like any other hotel breakfast I had. There's only 2 choices either Pancit(noodles) or 1/2 Sandwich(with sandwich spread only in it). Doesn't it goes together? Well, the dinning area is so small and only one waitress serving us that other customers have to wait outside. One more thing the price has hidden charges. Because I computed that I will be spending approx. Php8k, then if you include the taxes maybe it will go up to Php10k. But to my surprise I was charged Php11k++ for 2 nights stay. If you want to do good business, you should be transparent to your customers. Or else you can put them into trouble. Especially, if your customer have not much budget.

Location is great. Clean. Everything else sucks. Rooms are as small as matchboxes, toilets are so small it's hard to turn around, you take a shower on the toilet seat, beds are awful - it's better to sleep on the bench in the park. They promise free wifi, but that's for one device only, to get for wifi for 2nd device you have to pay extra. Breakfast is the matter of choice between bad and worse. To be honest I am sorry for every $ I had to pay.

The rooms where clean and nice. It was in a convenient area close to most things that you could walk to. The rooms where far too small, with very little room to move. We did not like that the shower was over the toilet and far too small. This was not very nice at all and a very old Asian way of living. Once you had a shower everything was wet. Not very pleasant at all
