The good location at a walking distance to Chinatown, Clarke Quay, etc. and near the mrt station. Nice swimming pool and bar on the edge of the pool. We were a bit disappointed by the overall impression: this hotel had been described as very good/high end but the facilities, rooms and atmosphere were not that high... Chosing this hotel for the purpose of reputation is not a good idea. |

All staff are well train and always offer better services. They are so professional and friendly. The location of the hotel is great, which located in the centre of the city surrounded with many nicesrestaurants and next to department store. Its very easy and convenience to access with other places. The hotel also clean and good facilities. Buffet breakfast can be better than this. |

Hotel was well located and opposite many restaurants. There were smoking and non smoking rooms available however you could smell the cigarette odour in the hallways and around the lifts even though we were in a non smoking room. They need to implement a total non smoking policy for both the smell and the fire hazard. Also internet access was expensive. A shuttle service to Orchard road would be helpful for guests. |

Swissotel is centrally located and close to the MRT . Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Service at the pool area was not so efficient. |

Brilliant location, next to shopping, nightlife and transportation. Lovely pool and spa. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our bath leaked slightly, and the bathroom could do with a bit of TLC. |

Pool is nice Reception area and whole downstairs is hot. They don't use the aircon correctly. They are under staffed and room cleaning is slow and not good. There are much better hotels in Singapore. |

Nice superior room w/balony. Said it is an upgrade from standard - but as far as i've seen it, its the balcony that makes the superior. Friendly and helpful staff, "small" but nice pool area. I consider myself more the budget traveller, i only booked there because the internet offer was way below the usual pricing. Jacuzzi only looks a like, its not even warm. |

It was observed that the room was not cleaned properly. Three days the cleaners came but the floor was not vacumed. little papers on the floor was there for 3 days. The cupboards were filled with dust. Near the fridge, it seemed that the cupboard was not cleaned for a few months and there are stacks of dust around. the same goes for the cupboard where the TV is placed. The carpet needs to be shampooed. |

Its location to so much. Clarke Quays humming restaurant night scene, the proximity to the mrt, shops, museums etc. The fantastic view from my room of Singapore's well dressed Clarke Quay and minutes to Boat Quay. The lovely pool, gym and spa facilities. Very attentive staff. The restaurants. Disappointed with the breakfast at the pool and their cafe. Over priced and under delivered. |

It's very closed to ClarkeQuay (night life core) and has a metro station really near. The pool is great. The rooms are so little and the staff is not accetable for a 5 star hotel. the price is high so as minimum the breakfast should and internet access should be included. |

The staff were polite friendly and quick to respond to requests re room service. I especially liked the Amrita reception staff who always had smiles and were willing to assist . The shower has a intrinsic design fault where water splashes on the tiles ran down the side and formed huge puddle. The bath tub was very slippery when first stepped in at the end of the bath, the non-slip bath map was in place for the head of the bath ) hence and I fell bruising my knee. The Spare pillow case was unclean and had to be changed. |
