Our room was upgraded but the size of the room is still small.

Nice enough room, comfortable bed. Reasonable view. Good coffee machine. Excellent location near Clarke quay and MRT.

Main problem was that on check-in I was told there was no king bed room available except a smoking room. I accepted on being told this was a room upgrade. however the smoke smell in the room was VERY BAD. NB I had specifically requested king bed and non-smoking room in my booking form.

I like the location which was near to the train station and the bus-stops were nearby as well. The river was nearby and the number of shops and restaurants were nearby and very convenient. The nite view from the riverfront rooms were beautiful.

A little difficult to find the hotel at first.

The room is clean and luxurious. Service is excellent and 5 star standard.

The room is relatively small and the bathroom is smaller than I expected. The TV display layout is not good and the king bed that I ordered seems like double bed.

this hotel is in a better location than most. the views over the quayside are good day and night and the riverside restaurents bring lights and liveliness in the evening. The beds were clean and comfortable and the rooms a reasonable size.

Being at this hotel twice as a stopover, the carpets in rooms we had needed cleaned. It may be a problem to dry carpets given the humidity but even spot cleaning would have helped. Otherwise the rooms were clean. The corridors were musty in my w view . On out last visit we were put in a room were neither the air con nor the shower worked and were moved to a much better room.

The executive suites and the executive club. Club staff were prompt and courteous.

Hotel had no record of Booking.com reservation nor daily room fee. The staff responded professionally and met booking.com's quote, but there was confusion and if the hotel would have been full it might have turned into an unpleasant stay due to having to scramble for rooms. The hotel's location is outstanding, thus the reason behind the reservation.
