the location is ok, it`s close to the mrt. Easy access to clark quay, just ok. not much to do when you have kids around. just take the mrt to get away from there. |

This hotel has a good location for the many restaurants/night clubs around Clarke Quay and Boat Quay. Whilst the staff were friendly, we felt the hotel was overpriced and lacked atmosphere. |

Great location - near Clarke Quay/Boat Quay, Chinatown. Lots of food options and nightlife. Would recommend only if you can get a good discounted rate. Not worth paying full price. Room was dated and bathroom and furniture/tv looked old. |

Excellent location right at Clarke Quay, MRT station, Central shopping mall. Good breakfast buffet (but mind the 11th floor Executive Club which is not up to the standard in the Market Cafe). Other than that, this hotel is definitely not up to 5* standards, and other 5* hotels in SG do a lot better (at equal or lower prices). I do not recommend this hotel (unless the location right at Clarke Quay is important to you). Well, I was really disappointed: The rooms definitely need updating, especially the bathrooms. The interior design of the rooms is a little dissonant (but then, this is a matter of taste), but I have definitely seen some more classy and stylish hotel rooms at this price tag. The hotel is quite noisy (due to the environment). My first room was having constant humming noise (pretty loud), I could not sleep. Then I changed the room, and this one was frighteningly small (but quiet). The entire hotel is quite smelly, every floor (and room) has some different kind of "aroma", I really disliked it. The water pressure is no fun when having a shower. This hotel was quite expensive (approx. SGD 300 per night), and therefore bad value for money. |

As we stayed here for our honeymoon we paid a bit extra to have an executive room, well worth the extra money as breakfast was included and on the 11th floor away from the crowd. softdrinks were available free allday from the executive club during the day. also included were free drinks between 1800 and 2000hrs. well worth the extra money. less choice for breakfast as compared to downstairs, food was cold unless you got there early |

Hotel is just next to the metro - MRT - station, so it makes easy to get to it. Lobby staff quite helpful and welcoming. Swimming pool is big, included in the price. the room facilities are very poor if you live not in executive levels. old TVs and furniture, bath equipment.not really value for the money paid. it is apply only for floor under 6. |

Excellent location overlooking river, adjacent to transport, eateries, shopping, Chinatown, and free shuttle to Suntec Mall. The carpets in our room were well worn and needed a good clean and we experienced plenty of traffic noise for which the management compensated us with their apologies and a tray of fruit! |

Ease of the MRT next door. The beautiful swimming pool, except that it rained for my stay! My flt out was late in the evening, I was able to use the spa facilities to shower and change. Excellent. The price of 2 small bottles of water in the room (£6). Most hotels in a hot climate give you free water. Limited the number of tea bags, had just 2 for 2 nights. Could have asked for more! |

The good location at a walking distance to Chinatown, Clarke Quay, etc. and near the mrt station. Nice swimming pool and bar on the edge of the pool. We were a bit disappointed by the overall impression: this hotel had been described as very good/high end but the facilities, rooms and atmosphere were not that high... Chosing this hotel for the purpose of reputation is not a good idea. |

All staff are well train and always offer better services. They are so professional and friendly. The location of the hotel is great, which located in the centre of the city surrounded with many nicesrestaurants and next to department store. Its very easy and convenience to access with other places. The hotel also clean and good facilities. Buffet breakfast can be better than this. |
