We like the room that comes with jacuzzi and balcony dining area.

The room abit dusty.

Great look and feel,. Excellent location with easy access to MRT. Interior is modern and clean.

The Location and the Room's design is great.

The hotel swimming pool is great but they don't have children pool there.

The room design and the bathroom was so perfect. I can take shower while baby sitting my son.

The sink in the bathroom clogged very often

Loved everything about this hotel. Staff were great, rooms were perfect and hotel itself was beautiful.

Room service food was cold and order was messed up. Breakfast within hotel very expensive but nice

The Decor and the therapeautic scent.

Without investigating, hotel sent a letter/message suspecting me of breaking the cointainer of the coffee machine and amount i have to pay. When we checked into the suite, and wen we wanted to make coffee we found the container already broken but we did not report it. Receiving the letter, it just spoilt my mood.

Wall of glass overlooking trees and Singapore Strait. Electronically controlled blinds and curtains. Wine glasses in the room. Good tea and coffee making facilities although I don't drink either. Bath and large bathroom. Hidden lighting and plenty of it.

The pillows were either too soft or too solid for my neck and they did not have any others to offer. I went and bought a s$6 one from Giant at Vivocity and had a good nights sleep. Also although they advertised in their hotel facilities guide that reception sold stamps they did not.

A bit inaccessible from Vivo but not too bad.

The swimming pool is very nice. The room is big, modem and clean.

The upgrade to Suite is a treat! Woken by the Espresso Machine with free- flow helping is great. Supper of Italian is affordable for stay-in guest is appreciated, so is break1st serving.

A crowd at break1st, hostess took down our contact for notification but we were not being notify after 30mins. Reason: not organised, needed further training.

Quiet pool area, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, extremely friendly staff, well air conditioned, clean, directly opposite imbiah station which takes you to the beach or to vivo city for free.

Room didnt have and iron for our clothes.

I stayed at a suite. The room size is ok comparing to other hotels in Singapore. Complimentary snack bar use inside room was very good. The pool at the courtyard was quite nice. I would come back

Front desk staff are very friendly and super helpful. All of them with no exception at all.

Housekeeping was neither in par with singaporean standards nor with movenpick'S. The hotel should choose the tour operators more carefully. We had a terrible experience with one. Its not the hotel's fault but its better not be associated with it.

Hotel facilities is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful, location too is great when your activities are mostly in Sentosa.

Nice design, convenient, and within budget.

No free wifi access and breakfast is additional cost.

Was upgraded to the heritage suite with a complimentary honeymoon cake & ice cream voucher! Thumbs up. Fuss free and excellent service.

Limited television channel. Sounds like aircon motor sound at night.
