Loved the location. Also being a small and boutique hotel, the staff were very attentive and friendly. We had a lovely deluxe room on the ladies floor and enjoyed the amenities. Wanted to extend but they were full! Guess that's what happens when you're good.

The location was ideal as the hotel was only 3-4 blocks from multiple subway stops. Plus, the breakfast selection was wide-ranging and delicious. As for the rooms, we were upgraded to a large suite and were pleased with the size and comfort. Finally, the staff was extremely gracious and accommodating. Overall, the hotel is a great find right next to Raffles Hotel - at a much more affordable price.

The views out the window weren't great, but we kept the shades drawn so they weren't a problem.

The bed was incredibly comfy! The staff was supernice and the room was amazing!!! Best hotel ever!!! We had a huge bathroom with steam!

One could hear the water when sb else in the hotel showered. Was not disturbing!

Very intimate hotel with extremely personable staff. Room had all amenities one would normally consider (fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, safe, dishes. Room was extremely large. Separate business area with desk, sitting/entertainment area with large flat screen TV, kitchen facilities and a very large bathroom with unique, stand-alone bathtub abd extremely roomy shower. Great location, adjacent to Raffles Hotel and a short 10 minute walk to waterfront.

The only complaint was that the wireless internet service was sub-optimal. I kept losing signals and had to re-register/reconnect several times.

I like it's location. It is very close to Raffles Hotel and Raffles Shopping Arcade. We stayed in the Deluxe Room and it is very spacious. it is very clean. The bed is very comfortable I could just stay in bed the whole day. In my surprise, it has a kitchenette. We have got microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fridge w/ complimentary drinks daily, nespresso coffee machine with coffee provided and lots of TWG teas. My son and I enjoyed a swim in the rooftop and enjoyed the wonderful view. Breakfast is so good. I enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice, selection of fresh fruits specially dragon fruit, hot food, salmon is so good my wife love it, selection of bread and had the perfect soft-boiled egg. Love everything in Naumi. The staff are so helpful and one of the best. I will highly recommend this hotel.

We felt very pampered from the minute we walked into the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and always well presented and the manager came and chatted to us over breakfast one morning. The room was perfect, comfortable, well laid out and had every convenience. The hotel was located near to three MRT stations, five minutes walk from a good shopping mall and next to the famous Raffles Hotel and courtyard shopping. Although the hotel is situated on a busy street there was no traffic noise. the hotel has an infinity on the roof which is simply amazing.

Beautiful,luxury design..complete enough for kitchen set : big refrigerator ,microwave,kettle,spoon,fork,knife,plate,ball,wine glass,,,and tap water is safe for drinking water,have sofa bed ,living room,tv 360 can turn face to bed or o living room...can ask for baby crib,amenities molton brown,breakfast ok,easy to get cab ,close to raffles hotel,good service.......big space in the room

Location to the MRT, Raffles and Bougis Village. The pool deck was gorgeous and very relaxing. Staff were excellent.

Washing of clothes was very expensive.

We loved everything about this hotel. Very friendly and young personell - good service. We got the feeling that we were very welcome there. The infonity-pool is small, but it's private. In Sand's roof-top pool you must fight for each square-meter, but Naumi you probalby vcan enjoy the view alone. One of the best hotels I have visited. Perfect location, next to Raffles.

Design, the room was spacious. Well-furnished

The staff treated my group of friends like enemies. They were utterly rude to us. And on top of that, they wanted to charge me for the extra body soap I asked for. What is good service when you are so stingy with your amenities? This is my first time coming across a 5 star hotel charging its guest for extra amenities. I want an explanation from Naumi Hotel.

Naumi offers a rare combination of luxury and friendliness. In every detail, it seems that only the best is deemed good enough for the guests of this hotel by its staff.

Good location. Great rooms. Friendly staff. Fantastic design inputs.unsuited steam room was great.

Dining facilities are inadequate and poor. Room service is sub standard. Pizza ordered was cold and served by the night reception staff.

The boutique size of the hotel i.e. 40 rooms was a big plus. Within a day staff were always greeting you by name. The location also a huge plus. Next door to Raffles Hotel it was so easy to get around whether on foot or by taxi. Everything we wanted was on our doorstep. The generous size of our premier room was perfect for a 5 night stay. We had heard that Singapore hotel rooms tended to be on the small size, but our was anything but. Large lounge area, kitchenette, work station, huge bathroom and generous size bedroom with King-sized bed. Bliss! The staff were friendly and courteous. The roof top infinity pool with its view of Singapore skyline was stunning and a perfect place to relax and refresh after a huge day seeing the sights and shopping. Cleanliness is always important and again our room was spotless.

Location to Marina Bay is convenient

Hotel room was noisy - impact and plumbing sounds from above floor were obtrusive and unsettling. Unprepared to extend check-out times unless applying a half-day charge. Cockroach found in the bathroom.

We got upgraded to a bigger room. Very nice living area, DVD player in the room. TV swivels so you can watch either from the couch or your bed. Bed's a nice, big kingsize. The pool's small, but nice and you get a nice view from up there. Locationwise they're right behind Raffles Hotel, near the Raffles City shopping center. From there you can take the MRT. Naumi is a nice boutique hotel. We had a very comfortable stay here. Service is courteous, and very personal (benefit of a smaller hotel), albeit a bit cool sometimes perhaps.

They still need to dot a few i's to really get up to the five star standard of the nearby Conrad or Pan Pacific. Sheets had a hole in them and the seating at breakfast could be improved (breakfast food itself was good).

E everything was fine. The room is very well decorated, very confortable bed, great shower and lovely amenities. Breakfast is wonderfull. Location is great to explore the city, right in the middle of most tourist attractions with metro/bus to everywhere in a 2 block radius. Staff is very friendly and professional, up to solve any of your demands with a nice smile. We do recomend the hotel a lot!

If you are not used to open concept bathroom, take the superior room: it's closed bathroom.

Hospitality of the staff.

I loved how my check-in and check-out were brief and how the front office staff accompanied us up to our room to explain the features. It exudes much sincerity and that, I appreciate. Though so, once settled, I appreciate that they allowed us our space. It was serene.

Well, there was nothing that I can say except that I was disappointed for not being able to use the pool much due to a private function. I suggest they look into it, for other guests do want to enjoy the facility.

The service here is just amazing. The whole stay the staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. The room itself was great, comfortable bed, marble bathroom and molton brown toiletries. The ambient lighting and the design on the wall behind the bed were awesome. Highlight of the facilities has to be the pool though - it's amazing. The view is incredible and it's a great way to relax in the late afternoon. You can also use this after you check out and before your flight. The breakfast was nice, but not the highlight. I'll definitely stay here again (if budget allows) because of the incredible service, the amazing room and rooftop pool. Best hotel I have ever stayed at!!

It's a bit tricky to find - from the mrt follow signs to raffles then take Seah st, in a taxi just tell them Seah st.
