Me and my wife enjoyed our stay which was marked by personalised service and a smiling staff. This hotel has a very boutique quality which can not be availed in the larger hotels. The Hotel is not yet well known to the Taxi as well as City locals. With two years in operation, this anonymity is not good. Had Raffles not been next door, we would have found it difficult to explain to Taxi and friends where to go. |

Good location. We were upgraded to a corporate suite. Very comfortable bed. We did not sleep due to the very loud intemittent sound of running water all night long. Not sure if this was something to do with the air conditioning. When reported to staff we were told that it would be noted. You do not expect to pay these prices and then be kept awake all night! |

Where it was situated, really in the center of the spot in Singapore The room was not the one that was stated, and they are not really helping in term of early arrival and late departure (half the cost of a room for 6 hour stay...) |

All staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Central location. I didnt like the fact we were pounched upon, on arrival and asked if we would all like a nice drink. We said yes as we were all tired ( 4 adults travelling together) , and then later found out the drinks had been discreetly added to our room bill. Also the 'minibar' consisted of 4 cans of soft drink and 2 bottles of water. We thought it might of had a few nibbles and a few alcoholic drinks. |

Tastefully designed and decorated room. Really comfortable bed and pillow. Wonderful bathroom and powerful shower. Roof top with infinity pool and view a great place to relax. Air conditioning rattled - was fixed on second time of asking. Breakfast a bit pricey. |

It still had a very "new" feeling to it. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic. The pool was amazing! Very minor point, but we would prefer to have milk for coffee already in the fridge, rather have to order some from room service. |

The location is good, the room was very comfortable, the pool is brilliant, the staff is nice. The complimentary internet and the mini bar is a nice touch however the item selection is somewhat poor (4 different softdrink and 2 bottles of mineral water). |

They sent cake for my girlfriends birthday and upgraded us to a corporate suite. The bed was also fantastic, very comfortable. We also stayed in the swisshotel and felt that we had more value for money there plus a great view. No view in Naumi although they do provide a 60 inch plasma TV to make up for it. |

It's a smaller & quite hotel with big standards. The room is very cosy and include all good quality facilities for a convenience stay, both for leisure or business. The location is very central if you want to see some of the highlights from the city by walking. Within 30 min you can easely reach Chinatown, Harbour, Little India or Malay Kampong. It's a good place Breakfast is quite expensive for a little choice. Therefore we decided to use outdoor facilities for breakfast, or room facilities to prepare our own breakfast. It need to be say that the in room facilities are perfect. |

great design features everywhere - pool and the view!!. Plus the quality of the rooms and fittings - excellent. Also breakfast tasted really home made - marmalade - fruit juice were fantastic Not sure about the dining area - like the idea but did not feel right somehow |

The beds were extremely comfortable. The roof top deck and pool were great. The buffet breakfast was extensive. As the hotel is small it felt like everything was more personal. The location was central. The staff were very helpful. A lot of time was spent showing everything that was in the hotel rooms. My daughters were able to stay in a ladies only floor. |
