I love the design and factilities in the hotel. And the staff is very friendly Well, the rooftop swimming pool is super nice, but unfortunatly it is so popular that it has been ocuppied for private events for two nights from Fri and Sat during my stay at hotel. Althought hotel sent pre-alert, but the only time for me to use swimming pool is at night after i am back to hotel..So bascially during my 3 days stay in hotel, i only got limited time to use swimming pool. |

Most definitely the bed - one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Also, the free wifi, complimentary local calls, free soft drinks and bottled water, spacious and high pressure shower, and the huge televisions. It's about 5mins easy walk to the MRT station and near a bus stop as well, which in Singapore means it's easy to get anywhere else on the island. Lots of places around offering both local and international food at reasonable prices. The staff were nice and polite, helpful but non-intrusive, which I like. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop infinity pool - excellent for relaxing and enjoying the city skyline. In room facilities were good (I was in a deluxe room) - definitely worth the room price I paid. The food options were limited for a luxury hotel, but not really a problem unless you want to stay in as there are many places to eat around the area. Also, my room had a hotplate as part of the facilities provided, but there was no pot or pan provided to cook in! |

Good service, good sized, well designed rooms. Great rooftop pool. Small details didn't quite live up to the 'luxury' category they marketed themselves as. There was black mold in the corners of the shower, unattractive stains on the granite floor at our floor's (4th floor) entrance from the elevator. The staff room on the side of the elevator was open all the time so we could see cleaning supplies, staff hanging out, etc. (not 'luxury' setting at all). These details can be easily remedied though. |

We loved the rooftop pool and the feel of the room. No availability of room/shower before our 11pm flight on day of departure. Was a big disappointment (all flights to UK are late flights so don't think we will return because of this). |

When I entering into the hotel, I just feel the fresh clear clue and white color design, also the staffs are very nice too. Staffs took the lugguage for me which I stayed at the other boutique hotels are all 'self-service' I think it's the price, coz I cannot see any package (air ticket + hotel) is included with this hotel, I got to buy the ticket and the hotel separately, and it's like SGD750 for 3 nights (not included taxes) For the others, i love it all ! |

good coffee machine, spacious bed and excellent mattress ther were many ants scrolling around the pantry area in my room. no staff came out from the hotel to greet and to help me carry the luggage when i arrived at the front door of the hotel |

Big room, very clean Toilet had a strange smell, and they are extremely inflexible about early check in, regardless of situation. Have stayed at plenty of bigger hotels who would allow check ins at 11 and not at 2pm sharp, so if you are looking to check in early, look for another hotel. |
