Room too small. Short staffed. Breakfast was insufficient in proportions to serve needs of guests. Everything was empty halfway through. No proper concierge nor frontdesk.

Nice room

Bad customer service in pan pacific.. Check in was very late, stated 2 pm.. But we only got the room at 5 plus..! Waited for more than 3 hours.. The filipino girl at the counter was not able to control the situation well and just left us and came back with the manager. We then asked for complimentary late check out and a rude chinese girl at the counter said no!, This is not how things work.. So is late check ins and making guests wait the way u people make things work?

Staff are always good and friendly. I like the location.

The combination of reasonable price, first class location (almost on Orchard Road), good facilities and service make the Pan Pacific Orchard an excellent option for Singapore.

Not enough staff at Front Desk during some periods of the day. Property is a bit dated - it could do with a renovation.

I left a pair of headphones in room when checking out, contacted staff by phone, they are hopefully holding this for me until a friend comes to pick up. Staff was helpful and mailed me back to say they located the headphones which was very good.

Duvet and pillows smelt a little, think they are quite old and therefore well used.

Location good and the staf are excellent.

The curtains in the room do not close very well and allow light in when trying to sleep in the morning.

The location was good. The room was okay. The shower was excellent as was the pool and the spa and the gym. Most of the staff were very good. Getting a birthday cake was a nice touch and the size of the cake was perfect - I couldn't have handled a full size cake. The guys out the front - getting taxis for us etc - were excellent. Watched our bags for 4 hours after we checked out. Thanks for that.

Confusion over the name and there being another Pan Pacific. We got caught out by taxis twice because of this - once was on our first taxi ride from the airport!! Could I suggest you give guests a card to give to taxi drivers and even bus drivers. The receptionist when we checked in was a bit grumpy - ' 'Passports please' is not the nicest way to greet tired guests wanting to check in. Maybe she should consider a job at Customs! Had a problem with noisy neighbours but it got sorted.

room size

check in time was 2 pm - i arrived at 7.30 pm and room wasnt available and was made to wait over half an hour for it. this was truly disappointing for the price. Reception told me breakfast only started at 7am, however when i went for breakfast i was told it was ready at 6 (which would have helped as i had a 730 am breakfast). The club service was good, however be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for a plate of eggs. one lift was down the entire stay

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The staff is very courteous and prompt. The location of the hotel is good. The services that came with the pacific club lounge rooms were definitely appreciable.

The breakfast was pretty boring and repetitive but the service of the staff was definitely prompt.

Good location, Courteous Staff.

Door Lock Card keys never work. Always a good idea to take new keys before you take the elevator to your floor.
