I am glad that the room and overall of hotel environment did not have the musty smell. The room that we stayed was very well kept and clean. |

The receptionist was very friendly and upgraded us to a larger room for the same rate to accommodate the cot needed for our baby. Parking is complementary which is useful in Singapore. We were given a late checkout which was confirmed the day before so we could plan in advance. Overall very good value for money and a great location. We would definately consider staying at this hotel again. |

it was safe the aircon failed at 11pm, then it was repair by the technicican well past midnight. Then I was not able to swithoff the bed lights, so the technician was on it for another hour to get the life working; i have to be a saint to put up with no manager or officer offering even a shred of an apology |

The location of the hotel is good. Just about 400 meters away from the Orchard MRT. The hotel is also very near the shopping district in Orchard. They don't have a free buffet breakfast. And internet access is not free. |

Cleanliness, smaller boutique hotel and great pool, steam/sauna and gym - close or orchard rd. The front door guys were great! Restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced. Complementary or fair priced Internet access is not available |

Hotels are Hotels. The staff at Pan Pacific have become more like family than just hotel employees. Definitely the staff makes the difference. |

The location The staff was not very helpful, several things did not work in the room, the room was noisy..definitely not a four star hotelat this point. I understand that Pan Pacific just took over this hotel so maybe it will get better with time. Very long wait to check out as no real reception desk. |

They were very kind and gave me an extended check out time of 4 pm which was greatly appreciated. The bed was a little hard!! |

Très bel hôtel, luxueux et cosy. Idéalement placé à deux pas d'Orchard road. Très bon petit déjeuner, belle et grande chambre, personnel très serviable. La première nuit, nous avons été logés dans une chambre single. Le lit était bien trop petit pour deux. Ce souci a été résolu et nous avons été relogés dans une chambre double dès le lendemain. |
