A very nicely decorated hotel with friendly staff. Access to the guest rooms is via a two lift system. Everyone has to get off at the seventh floor and then get other lifts to their rooms. Whilst this is good for security it is a pain to do everytime you leave the room. |

Service, staff and hotel, great value. We stayed in a Premier room and it was brilliant. One minor brickbat - Toaster in the dining room very slow. |

The Hotel is well located for Clarke Quay area with lots of restaurants, pubs & clubs. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet had everything one could need. The rooms are a little dated, with bathroom fittings requiring an update. Cheap shower fitting did not work well. |

The hotel is right on the entertainment and dining district. Taxi's are very easy to get and a shopping mall is right Nextdoor. LCD TV should be upgraded. |
