Location was simply fantastic, staff were friendly and offered genuine service.Hotel has Star Bucks below and Hard rock Cafe behind.many 7/11's around the hotel. Bathroom was quite small,Internet charges to expensive, breakfast very basic. |

near shopping centre and reasonable price The charge me at my credit card direcly, when I want to pay cash, they rejected because already deducted to my credit card, usually if via booking.com I can pay when check out and just deducted directly if I did not show as my book date. |

Good staff, nice room, a good price with a great location on Orchard Road. Hotel pool water was not good quality so I couldn't use the pool and the whole pool area could use a renovation. |

The location is excellent and transport easy. The foyer is uncluttered. The rooms are large. Breakfast is not included. We were told breakfast was $20. But we were charged $33 in all. The staff said we had to tell them beforehand that we intended to take breakfast at the hotel to get the special rate. If we are not alerted, how will we know? |

Naturally i liked the convenient location of the hotel, price was acceptable during the economic downturn. The concept of the hotels F&B outlets are very basic and outdated, nothing to write home about it and ambiance non existent. I think the Hotel could use an extensive renovation of its F&B outlets. |

Location and price were good. When I checked in I was told that I was "upgraded" to deluxe. But the room had no view except of the nearby parking garage. The A/C didn't work and many of the lights were inoperable. |

control-ability of air-con is not really good. while you work in dest of the room, you get direct cold air from air-con and is not so confortable. elevater, and some of facility, wateress of main dining in break fast are not really good. but people were nice apart of main dinning room. |

Friendly staff, good service, excellent location near shooping, cafe´s and restaurants. Good value for money. Also, since the hotel is starting to get a little old (yet very well kept) it has a nice character, that is not present in brand new facilitites. The gym equipment could be a bit better, not fully at par. But surrounding areas pool, etc very nice. |

* Great location, ease of access to several importand areas * Access to the main shopping centre road * Simplicity * All is in within the facility, several restaurants / barber / convieniance store / etc... * It's a bit of an older hotel and needs some general redo work in the rooms * For those prices, one should not realy complain to much * Better signage for breakfast area would be an improvement, many people couldn't fint it |

Despite front desk not finding the reservation at first (finally did after checking in back office) they upgraded the room. Hotel was conveniently located and suited our needs perfectly. |

friendliness of the staff. Excellent location (adjacent to Orchard Road). bar next to swimming pool. what a pity there was a problem with internet connection in the room (but to compensate for this, staff allowed to use the computer in the lobby - free of charge) |
