Privacy, staff's courtesy, efficency and kindness Maybe it was because of the period (Apec was on going) and my room at 9th floor was just below maybe a service room or store, but there was continuous noises (like chairs moved) all night long. Both days. |

There is no difference between Superior & Deluxe rooms, none at all. Two single beds pushed together to make a queen & worst of all, could not sit up in bed as bed on wheels & rolled away - very uncomfortable. |

I just quite surprise about the hotel location, cleanliness and services compare to the price they have. Its very good value for money especially considering the location in Orchard Road. |

room is just good enough. toilet very small and old, need to be renewed. air-con and tv were not working properly. no room service after 10.30pm service quite poor. bell-boy seems not to be available as the concierge will never pick the phone. you have to pay immediately at the restaurant as it does not belong to the hotel. we had a very bad stay at this hotel and will never recommend this hotel to anyone. please try the meritus mandarin in orchard road,the best hotel i have stayed so far in singapore. |

Location, pool, staff were friendly There should be some supervision at the pool. Some very annoying behavior ruins the experience for others. I have stayed at this hotel several times recently and this is always the case. The refreshments in the lounge were poor, nothing compared to Traders and other hotels. |

Generally it was a good hotel, staff were good and location was good. The bed and the pillows were superb!!! The bathroom was ridiculously small!!!!!!!! The lighting system was a bit confusing. |

My stay in Orchard-Parade Hotel with my wife for 2 nights was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The staff really did make us feel comfortable and at home. |

Location and value, I would recommend this hotel for both weekend and business travelers that want good location, value and comfort without luxury. I also liked the lobby bar. It is getting a bit old, but I would say it still have a few years before full renovation is needed. |

The ease in getting around and the proximity to shops. The fact that the bellboy expected tips for sending the luggage to the room, if it was prompt not a problem but I had to call them before they finally sent the luggage. |
