Location,staff where professional. Rooms are spacious.

Some of the furniture and appliances seemed old in appearence however functioned as they should.

Location is great ,room was good but balcony without any furniture not so good. Swimming pool is great.Good size and well-presented although getting a drink was impossible

Staff ,particularly porters and restaurant staff were poorly trained and did not seem to care. The hotel staff need to learn to understand the meaning of service. Breakfast selection very poor and layout not user friendly;restaurant too dark for breakfast

Friendly staff, close to Gleneagles Hospital, and Orchid Road shopping district. Large and clean room.

The room was very dark through the day and poorly lit, the bed although large was too hard for my liking.

I had to pay adult price for my 4 year old to have a bed of his own.

Asked the staff to help with the room service menu which wasn't available in my room which I couldn't locate. They told me to wait in my room however no one assisted.

Family rooms. Concierge and organisation for visits.

Cleaning of rooms, especially bathrooms needs to be improved.

Location, Very accommodating and friendly staff. Close to food and fashion.

Air conditioning, Refrigerator and other electric features such as TV in the room ; though the faults were promptly attended to when pointed out. There was no power point for dryer in the bathroom.

Location, Room size and quality, Excellent staff, front desk, porters, cleaners etc.

Hard to think of anything we did not like. We stay at this hotel regular and will continue to do so.

Location: it's right on the corner of Orchard road. You can walk to ION Orchard and Wheelock Place within 15 minutes walk. The hotel itself has some nice restaurants for dining. You need not to go or find any further.

It's a bit expensive for a room without breakfast.

I stayed the last 3 days in renovated room on 9th floor. It was really well done! It's in a really good position to stay for a shopping trip. And the guys out the front were so helpful and friendly getting taxis.

The atmosphere was awesome and very easy excess to the city, for weekend shopping .

The car park staff was so rude, this is a big problem(im assuming he is not local, chinese malaysian probably ) pls hi lite to the hotel management I was unhappy about this guy I will rate him super poor svs, it is happen on saturday 23/3/2012 around 1150am. Very frustrated

The space of Superior Triple room is big enough for four people.

The noisy sound from construction work disrupt our resting and sleeping time.

The hotel was really nice, located in the best street in Singapore. Easy to check in and out, friendly staff. The bus tour bus passes in the same street every 10min or so. Much cleaner than the Amara hotel we stayed previously which was a complete disaster.

hotel was eing renovated, so the rooms had a strong paint smell, which we complained and got it changed

Service charge fot having room cleaned but they did nothing. Even hair in bath not mine. Ridiculous charge. Staff not very caring and didnt want to hear any complaints. Over priced.
