During my stay in the Orchard hotel I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to my family and friends. And hope to visit there in the near in the coming months. Keep up the good work Orchard hotel. The number of none paying Channels should be increased |

The service was very good. The lounge bar was a nice place to relax and the breakfast set up was very good. We booked a deluxe but it didnt look like a deluxe room. The additional room charges/taxes were not advised to us until we checked out! |

Very convenient to everywhere and overall would go back and stay there again. Yes, I gave my credit card number on arrival but on leaving on the sunday we paid for both rooms with my husbands credit card. However when I tried to purchase something 3 days later it was rejected and I was told by my bank that there was a float on same by the Orchard which would take a week to clear. Also the amount held back for both rooms was something redicilous like 1800 sing dollars. |

The hotel was central to the shopping distict and close to MRT terminals the food was good and service excellent The food and drink and the accomodation was a bit expensive, the rooms were more expensive than advised on the internet |

The hotel is beautiful, food very good, room lovely with everything we needed. Staff very friendly and helpful and saw to all our needs. Hotel very centrally situated. All in all an excellent place to stay in beautiful Singapore. Would highly recommend it. |

only the location we never had room service after the first night, eventhough we asked for it twice. By 1.00 Am when we came back, i went to the shift manager and complained , the he came and cleand the room by himself and was very nice. In short, i don't think that the hotel worth the money and the service was not very nice. the hotel was kind of old and expensive. |

Welcome drink, the nuts were very good. And foot massage is near to the hotel. It is better to change the pillow's cover every day. Last time the smell was very bad. |

convinence for us to shop nearby shopping center. No worry on carpark space. not many staff to work especially on reception area. Make a late and long waiting just only to check in and check out. Taking a complimentary carpark ticket need to wait long. |

The room is very new. Maybe because it is newly renovated. Room was prepared fresh and cool during check in. We had been offered a complimentary extended check out time until 3pm but our room card was blocked once pass 12pm. |

I particularly like the location and in the hotel I like the swimming pool area. Checking in and out is very slow and not well organised. I suggest to have a barrier or rope to ensure that guests don,t constantly jump queu. take an example from SIA at Changi. |

The gym is excellent Charging 28Sing Dollars for internet when most other 5 star hotels provide it free was a big suprise and left a sour feeling with me. |
