Comfortable and good for city tour / shopping. The size of the guest room is a bit small comparing same cost in Sydney or nsw resort. |

The staff were very polite and helpful. The overall experience was very pleasant. The executive club facility and staff were particularly excellent. We were expecting a twin arrangement but ended up with a king size bed and an extra safari bed. This was not fully satisfactory. |

Location and numerous previous visits/stays, thus familiarity Not as good as it used to be. Getting slightly worn and dated. It is now more of a "mass-market" hotel |

Ideally placed at top of Orchard Road so an easy walk to shopping and Botanical Gardens, which we loved. Staff were lovely and surroundings very nice. Unfortunately there were only twin beds in the room, but we were upgraded to larger room so can't complain to much. It would be great to be able to specify when booking. |

At the arrival at 17.00 the room was not ready and not very helpful staff needed 45 minutes to allow us as frequent visitors of the hotel to have a room. This was not acceptabel especially after a 12 intercontinental flight |

My room was downgraded. I have paid for hald a day at the last day but was forced to leave latest by 19:00 (had a midnight flight). Floor was a bit smelly and room was small. romm was not cleaned during my last day eventhough I paid for half day. |

Orchard Hotel has been refurbished since our last stay. Overall our trip was a pleasant stay and we were upgraded to executive club floor. Front Desk service was very good and helpful in answering our queries too. Minus was we had to ask housekeeping 3 times for the extra bed before it was delivered 1.5 hours later which by then was already 11pm. |

The Hotel is a good business/family hotel with proximity to cbd and shopping malls. Quite often there is insufficient staff on the front desk |

My origninal booking was upgraded to Executive Club. Enjoy a lot for its East-meet-West decoration. However, did not realise that Executive Club provides many more services/ refreshment as compared to normal room. Check-in time was rather long. I've waiting around 25 minutes to check in. Probably this is the reason why the Hotel upgraded my room from superior to Executive Club. |

Friendly staff. Good location.Nice room Very poor tv channel (at least for people who love watching sport program like me!). But it does not mean that I do not like to stay at the hotel. |

The cleaning team was polite, provided good care to the rooms. This is not meant lower your hotel rating. If it does, I appologise first but they reflect my experiences. --->Bad experience with the receptionists... Staff.... (Not that friendly or helpfull at all). Initially was told had to stay a 2 single beds room while I was booking a room for couple. Found out that was placed into heavy smoker room. Complaint after complaint to finally got a double bed room on the 9 floor. A call to operator to redirect to reception took 10 min but no response. A ask to extend for a late checkout, a strict "no" was given. The following 2 questions I answer no until there are changes under your manage. Please take my comments from positively angle for improvement. |

The room was very pleasant and the service was good. As a customer who was driving to the hotel from Malaysia I constantly had problem to exist from the parking using my autopass. Instructions by the counter staff was always not clear. |

services very bad!!!!! swimming pool without towel, the guy in pool site ask me to pick up in gym room and the boy in gym room refuse to give, and the room not ever clear up in the 1st day i stay, very very... bad experience!!!!! |
