Great rooms, great view

Hotel policy is to block double the amount of your room rate on your credit card. Even after payment of the bill and check out your credit card is still blocked for another 1 week!!!!! This situation is unbearable!!

our room was on 30th floor,really amazing sea view.

I was with my mother she is 65 years old and she was on the wheel chair .We arrived Pan Pacific at 1:15pm, after a long journey, i requested the arrival staff more than three times to give us room but they said our check in time is 3pm so you have to wait one and a half hour , it was very disappointed me.

Not worth of the money charged. Room was not spacious enough

Overall, the Pan has always been a preferred hotel if I wanted to stay out of Orchard Road and look into the city rather than be in the middle of buzzingness.

Firstly, I paid $700 +++ per night x 3n when I was there, I was v v upset. I have never paid that much ever at any Pan and I feel that the rates in Singapore has lots its soul if not gone mad. But there was good gesture and initiative when they upgraded me to a club room with its perks (even if I did not utilize 50% of it). If it weren't for the view to wake up and to relax in the evening it would feel like robbery and there would really be no value or justification to the rate paid and I would not recommend it to any travellers except the home bodies. This is not a complaint but rather feedback.

Good location

Renovation going on over my head, and no warning was given on check in. I complained on check out, and received a shrug. I completed the hotel online survey with full details, they can't be bothered to respond. A very poor attitude and service, from staff. The wrong luggage ws sent to my room and had to wait an hour for mine.

Thought the staff was amazing, the rooms large and well planned. The breakfast was excellent and also child friendly. The service was second to none. Shopping arcade proximity was excellent, very close to a good clean food hall. A very positive experience and would recommend this luxury hotel to everyone.

Clean, Big, Friendly

We booked the Panoramic room. The room we had was not Panoramic as advertised on your site.

I have stayed thre on a few occassions and have found that the staff are helpful and polite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable except that I could do with an extra chair for guests. The room services were good and the location was good too. Transport to anywhere in spore was easy. THe staff in reception were accommodative. The lounge area is pleasent to be around and relax. In all a good hotel

The staff are very friendly. Service is so top of the class. My first hotel stay in Singapore was a fantastic one made possible by Pan Pacific! I am definitely coming back.

The rooms were clean, luxurious and spacious. It is definitely a great experience to stay in the hotel.

Hotel room charges were slightly pricey and there were no breakfast compliments. Service could have been better if breakfast is included.
