Very comfortable beds, good location, nice dervice.

Hotel is quite old - you can see it especially in bath. AirConditioner has only switch on/off, you can not regulate speed of fan.

Lovely rooms.

Breakfast and wi-fi not included in the price and very expensive. Also not advised in advance that would have to pay for extra'S.

Good location, large room, good bed, and although somewhat dated the design of the hotel is interesting.

Room a little busy due to mrt station construction not far and expressway passing away.

Our stay at Pan Pacific was excellent, the staff were very helpful and provided a first class service. The location was ideal for shopping and sightseeing. We had a beautiful view overlooking the Marina and enjoyed he laser shows in the evenings. We would have no hesitation in booking this hotel if we return to Singapore.

We stayed at Pan Pacific, Raffles Boulevard and we had a fantastic view of the city, from the balcony in one of the Executive Rooms at 31st floor, like the Marina Bay Sands, Singapore Flyer, Esplanade, Merlion Park and other buildings and its near the MRT stations and also Suntec City. The night view was very lovely with all the lights on and some lights show from the Marina Bay. The location is strategically located for walking, MRT and shopping as the Marina Square an Suntec City Mall is connected when you get out on the 2nd floor of the hotel. The food are also great, buffet breakfast and the all day refreshments. And not to mention the staff as they are very accommodating upon check in and check out. I would definitely book into this hotel again whenever i go back to Singapore. A bit expensive but it comes with the price, you get all what you want, our stay was all worth it.

Our view of Singapore's bay was magnificent, the "breakfast deal" really included lunch and dinner if you wanted, the location was excellent.

We travelled to Singapore on our way back to the UK from Australia on our honeymoon and I have to say the staff were fantastic, they upgraded us and sent a nice congratulations cake up to our room and left a lovely letter. The views were stunning and the hotel was very clean and luxurious. Perfect location, we were so happy with everything and can't recommend it highly enough!!!

Great location. Good rooms.

The staff was excellent. We opened a bottle of champaigne and its cork popped and half the bottle poured out after waiting for 45 minutes for it to be delivered to our room. The manager of room services and two other staff members personally came up to our room (after I complained) and apologised with a new bottle on the house and a beautiful arrangement of fruit. After returning from dinner we had yet another bottle waiting for us.
