The hotel staff were excellent and always very keen to greet you. Also the location was excellent. the bar and the food prices were very expensive. |

The luxury of the room and the easy layout of the Hotel was very good. Nice attention to details in the rooms and in the flowers in the lobby ! Only thing was bit of a walk to the MRT train station via the shopping centre |

A stunning lobby and welcoming service. I received complimentary upgrade to suite, and could also access the lounges on 22nd floor, with free food and drinks. |

Location of the hotel is very central. The hotel is very luxurious. I was furious at the fact that the hotel was charching a half day boarding for an additional stay of six hours in excess of the 12 o'clock check out. Bear in mind that we have stayed for just 4 nights and the bill was in excess of 2000 s$. You would never, ever, get away with that in europe or north america. |

The friendly welcome at the reception desk: a manager asking if we were here for the 1st time, what we could visit in Spore, etc. and the overall facilities and room: very clean, comfortable and posh Really not much negative things to say |

The breakfast is really gorgeous, staying is everyday different and filled up with things they deserve you as reputable guest. Connected to the marina shopping mall open till 10 P.M. and with a very good health centre, it makes you relax when back from business sessions. Everything was fine |

The friendliness of the staff. They also upgraded our room to a suite. The hotel concierge was also happy to make an appointment for my wife to go to the hairdressers. |

Proper business location, however rooms had old interior. Definetely should be brought to a 5 star standard, except elevetor/swimming pool, room size quite more close to 4 stars than 5. |

Very very nice hotel, especially for the price. We originally paid for a Double Deluxe Balcony room, but were lucky enough to get upgraded to a Panoramic room and the views were amazing. |

We liked the comfort in the room, clean and a nice few over a part of the city. We booked to the Pan Pacific club, but we where refused bacuase we had a baby with us. very disapointed. |

The whole experience was excellent, from the speedy check-in, the room comfort and superb city/harbour views. Friendly and efficient staff. They even gave me an upgrade at no extra cost. |

The rooms are excellent, but the service offered by the hotel staff is unrivaled. Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency during my stay. Hereupon, the Pan Pacific butler decided to visit me in the hospital bringing a large basket filled with fruits and offering all the help I needed. |

- Duty managers and customer service were quite helpful and caring.They know how to keep their customers since I have been to this hotel a number of times. - The room is spacious, comfortble, always clean, and well maintained. - The hotel resturants may be a bit highly priced though the food is excellent.. |
