overall impression, staff mannerism and friendliness, efficient services, quietness along the corridor, room electronic curtains, plenty of shoppings and food at adjoining malls. slight noise from the nearby construction worksite during sleeping hours. |

very good service and nice staff, the hotel is close by everything like shops, restaurants en things like that. they also have good restaurants in the hotel. as smokers we sometime were confused coz in the room it was not allowed to smoke, but i think thats everywhere in singapore |

convenience to most amenities/sights in singapore As the Management know we were booked into a room which had been occupied over some time by smokers (we are non smokers) to be fair we were offered a change of room but we were tired and our friend were next door.We mentioned to them that they should advise guests on arrival as to the nature of the room.The bathroom ceiling was also stained from a water leak.Otherwise the hotel and facilities...particularly the pool.. were excellent. |

This is a first class hotel. Used the pool and the provide iced water on arrival, an apple on leaving and sweets in between.The bathroom is huge with separate toilet. |

I was very impressed that the person who checked us into the hotel (Raymond) called me by name when I saw him in the elevator the following day. He in particular was extremely helpful and friendly. |

pretty central location and there is a concierge service that is not quite a 5* quality service Bed was uncomfortable and washrooms need updating. it was fine, not sure it was good value for money given we paid £125 per night. |

excellent service . Staff are extremely nice. We srrived very late and the room is exactly what we ordered. We also have a very late flight to aTokyo and they let us check in late enough that we can get rest and make you feel that they care. The Chinese resturant is definitely one of the best in Singapore and even better than a lot of hote resturants in Hong kong. Excellent and will come again No. It i sdefinitelt 5 Star hitel and will come back again. I ate there a few times. The food in the global kitchen resturant is good but not excellent. The staffs are execellent. |

We used the hotel for a stopover from Australia, the hotel is in a good position away from the busy Orcard Rd area,although if need be should you require to go to Orchard Rd for the shops then it is only a '$13 taxi ride. The new casino that is nearly finished and the Singapore flyer are all in walking distance. |

One of the best 5 hotels I stated at. Very modern and clean. One of the best locations in Singapore No free internet connection, even if it says it's free. I did not like the breakfast...poor variety |

We liked panoramic room with magnificent view over the city.Very good location. Close to 3 shopping malls. ADSL in the room didn't work. Wifi signal was to week.The hotel in sych a category should have free internet access. |
