The servant's attitude is good, and the facilities are also good. It's not only surrounded by many shopping mall, such as CityLink, MarinaSquare, SuntecCity and so on, but also can enter the shopping mall from the hotle, so you can enjoy shopping here. And it just take few minutes can arrived the Square, so it's so conveniece for sightsee. The swimming pool is little small, and the drinks which supplied in the mini bar make us disoppointed. |

The ambiance of the Pan Pacific Singapore and their worldwide reputation speaks for itself. You can't be wrong with Pan Pacific. The car park could be a problem because there is no reserved parking for hotel guests. During peak hours the car park can be full and it will be a huge inconvenience to the guest.I suggest that the hotel management reserves some parking lots for hotel guests. |

Everything was excellent I loved their receptionss as their were 4 receptions 1.Information 2.Excutive clubs 3.Arrival 4.Departure You finish in seconds There was no pool for the small kids |

Amazing View, hotel stuff. Despite of the advance letter of the early check-in, where I made clear I'm ready to pay for it, rooms were not available. Therefore we had to upgrade for the much more expensive suite. Even we did not need such huge room, I have to say it defenitely worth the money they charge for it. However Internet, which was provided as complimentary to the suite was exctremely (and I mean it!) slow. Slow then GPRS even. With such Internet access its not possible to have any modern business activity as I experienced problems even sending e mails. So I would defenitely recommend to stay in this hotel if you have some time to forget about your business. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was made up in a timely manner each morning, good customer service all around. The breakfast buffet wasn't very good. Most of the food was luke warm and visually unappealing. Normally breakfast at a 5 star hotel is of a better standard. |

The staff was very attentive. Son got sick, the even gave us a teddy bear. Also room cleaning a 05:00 in the morning as requested. The dinner and breakfast was below our expectations. The hotel is not serving great food. |

Room was clean and quiet, excellent bed, nice view, nice big tv screen. Swimming pool was ok but quite cold. A spa was advertised, but that's only available at a different Hotel. |

Firstly the best part was that we were upgraded and got the room on the higher floor from where the view was beautiful. The check in and check out was quick. The staff was excellent. There are two huge malls around the hotel and one can enter these from the hotel premises. In room service was also very nice and you have a lot of choice for the food and stuff. Overall it was great. Will stay there again next time as well. |
