I found the bed very comfortable & had a good nite sleep, it was a short walk to Parkway Parade for shopping & foods. The bathrooms could do with an upgrade, very old n decor & mouldy in corners of tiles etc etc. The sliding doors should be able to open so as the enjoy the outside fresh air if the customer so desires. |

service mindedness of the staff. Access to internetfree of charge. Reasonable room quality for the price. Very unattractive dining lounge. Poor selection and food quality for dinner. Particularly poor breakfast buffet. |

The staff (front desk especially) were very friendly and other guests registering were repeat customers, especially well treated. The name, weak brand. The taxi driver mistook my pronunciation of Paramount for Amara and he took me to the wrong hotel at first. I am English, so I know how to pronounce this word, but it's not a well known hotel by the taxi drivers and should have a more distinctive name & brand. |

Gute Lage zu Einkaufszentren, Restaurants und den Flughafen. Die Effizienz des Personals war unterdurchschnittlich. Der im Internet angepriesene Bus Shuttle um 10 Uhr war nicht existent und man hat uns auf 12 Uhr vertröstet. Also Taxi an den Flughafen nehmen müsen |
