Paramount Hotel  

I am very disappointed that when paying nearly SGD 200 per night in your hotel, all the things that were mentioned in the website such as free shuttle bus to airport is not included. There is no free broadband, no free wifi, no complimentary breakfast, no shuttle bus to nearest MRT, no gym, no swimming pool. The worst thing is that the fridge is locked !!! And I have to call the front desk to request someone to come to open it. The receptionist even asked me what do you need the fridge for! I always thought that Paramount hotel has got a good reputation , but now, I think I have to update myself. Your service and facilities are not worth the money that I have paid.

Food below average.TV Had limited channels. Executive very limiting with ration on drinks and food and empty. Difficult or long time to get taxi to airport

Though the building is a bit old, the staff have done an excellent job in keeping the hotel clean and attractive. I stayed there for 19 nights and found the stay to be enjoyable. Clean room and surroundings, good food, good location, I would rate it 8 out of 10. The staff are very co-operative and are ever willing to help you out. Though high priced, Paramount met all my expectations. There are some minor points like the TVs which are quite old. The only problem is of the live band in the basement, you cannot go there with your family members due to the scantly clad women dragging people to drink with them. The basement resembles a Red Light Area. To avoid this, don't use the rear entrance of the hotel.

For the money they charge, they can provide free WiFi or breakfast. 15 SGD for that breakfast is a bit overpriced i felt. TV itself seemed very old. But dont have much to complain apart from the crappy live bands / sick bar girls in the basement. When provided a feedback to the hotel manager regarding the same, he quickly replied that he had informed the police about it. This is a good news by itself.

I was looking for a one night stop, close to Airport, to break up a long trip to Europe. Paramount Hotel was ideal for this. Close to a shopping centre with a food court, short distance from airport by taxi, and good room and bed. Would use this Hotel again for a transit stop.

My only negative about the Hotel was their inflexability to allow us a late checkout. To even extend a few hours we were charged for half day rental. I felt the cost of the Hotel was probably a little too expensive for the type of Hotel that it was.

The room was very comfortable and the food was good.

Not much as the staff wasnt too friendly either.

For all hotels I stayed at in malaysia had the windows opened while this was a closed room with no access to the balcony. There were not much facilities at the hotel and it was quite expensive considering the rates. This place isnt worth staying with family as there are a lot of dance bars in the same building. I wish to degrade the rating of the hotel to 1 on a scale of 1-10.

空港に近かったのでフライトの前日に選びました。フライトが早朝だったので、タクシーを前日に手配して頂き- ました。空港にもすぐ着いたのでよかったです。
