Paramount Hotel  

Not much as the staff wasnt too friendly either.

For all hotels I stayed at in malaysia had the windows opened while this was a closed room with no access to the balcony. There were not much facilities at the hotel and it was quite expensive considering the rates. This place isnt worth staying with family as there are a lot of dance bars in the same building. I wish to degrade the rating of the hotel to 1 on a scale of 1-10.

I am very disappointed that when paying nearly SGD 200 per night in your hotel, all the things that were mentioned in the website such as free shuttle bus to airport is not included. There is no free broadband, no free wifi, no complimentary breakfast, no shuttle bus to nearest MRT, no gym, no swimming pool. The worst thing is that the fridge is locked !!! And I have to call the front desk to request someone to come to open it. The receptionist even asked me what do you need the fridge for! I always thought that Paramount hotel has got a good reputation , but now, I think I have to update myself. Your service and facilities are not worth the money that I have paid.

No sheltered walkway. Open carpark. If it's raining how to go to hotel.

Location for my needs

Staff helpful and attentive. Room size was very good.

Hotel can best be described as "tired". Looking at the surrounding area and buildings it looks ripe for redevelopment.

Location, being given a smoking room where I had requested a non-smoking one, quality of breakfast for a 4* hotel, no gym

Nothing and shall be cancelling my booking on the 4th November. The room was filthy with blood on the shower curtain. There were major building works with buildings being erected on every side of the hotel with drilling and building banging throught the day until 7pm. Further at the back of the hotel attached to the hotel there are some shops and bars and most of the those bars are 'girly bars' with Thai prositutes trying to lure the punters in as there go by. Horrible/

Located within a nice distance of everything "local" about Singapore.

They gave me a free upgrade to a suite. Large comfortable bed.

The "Paramount Shopping Mall" adjacent to the hotel is in fact a collection of night clubs, bars and brothels. In the evenings, It was difficult to get into the hotel without running the gauntlet of the prostitutes. Adjacent to the hotel is a major building site. Work started at 8am and went on to 9pm. It was very noisy at times.

I was looking for a one night stop, close to Airport, to break up a long trip to Europe. Paramount Hotel was ideal for this. Close to a shopping centre with a food court, short distance from airport by taxi, and good room and bed. Would use this Hotel again for a transit stop.

My only negative about the Hotel was their inflexability to allow us a late checkout. To even extend a few hours we were charged for half day rental. I felt the cost of the Hotel was probably a little too expensive for the type of Hotel that it was.

A nice hotel if you are into facilities which have not been renovated in decades. Cleanliness is ok, but there is only so much you can do against the mold in the silicone around the shower - at one time it simply has to be replaced. Which never happened so far. Same goes for the furniture and installations.

The website promised a free airport transfer. There is, however, only one car which goes to Changi airport at 11 am. This is clearly not what your website promised!
