The staff were very helpful. We were able to extend our check out time, which helped with our late flight. The breakfast and food in the club room was also excellent. Idea position for restaurants and the river. In the corridor leading to our room, there was the smell of cigarette smoke coming from some of the rooms, which made it unpleasent when walking past. As non-smokers we feel that all areas should be smoke free. |

The hotel is quite new, the staff are very friendly, the location is excellent and the rate for a club room is very good value for money compared with other hotels of the same standard in Singapore. The room is "Tokyo Size" which for a romantic weekend would not be an issue :) but with a baby cot in the room it is just too small. Some hotels admit their rooms are too small for a cot - I suggest Park does the same.The clear glass screen between bathroom and bedroom with no option for any privacy is just silly. I'm not a prude - stay there and see what I mean! |

Comfortable hotel in good location. Rooms very small and a/c too cold. Seemed to be impossible to adjust to a comfortably warm temperature. Who wants to wear a jumper in Singapore? Swimming pool beautiful and overall would return to this hotel. |

in a wonderful location we really enjoyed staying there and wish we had had more time. It is very well placed for all amenities and Clarke Quay is a beautiful area of Singapore. The staff could not have been more helpful. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone whether business or leisure. The bedrooms are not huge but adequate enough and very tastefully decorated.We had a room overlooking the river which was very nice. nothing we can think off - we liked it. |

The hotel is new and has full range of modern facilities. it is ideally placed close to both Clarke and Robertson Quays as well as being close to Orchard Road and Chinatown. |

Excellent central location. Rooms and bed could have been bigger but very clean. Nice swimming pool. We didn't have breakfast there as the prices seemed extortionate. Excellent choice of little cafes at the mall across the road |

Well located in up market area of Clarke Quay. Good access to most locations of the city centre. Good pool, modern and well equiped rooms, very clean. reasonable value for money for Singapore. Lack of fresh air in rooms although aircon worked well. As usual, in Asia, beds very hard. TV reception very poor. Rooms a little small. |
