Excellent location and facilities; helpful staff

Rooms are clean and the pool is very relaxing.

Arrived at 1230pm and was told that the room is not ready yet. I was ask to wait for probably 30mins. But when i went back at 2pm, i was told that they need another 10mins to get me my room. I was quite shock and disappointed and they never apologise and told me that their usual check in time is 3pm. I dislike their inflexibility and the front desk stuckup attitude.

the tv program is absolutely terrible! no need to promote big flat screen tv in the room if there are so limited channels availabel

Room size is just nice for me as solo traveller.

Toilet cleanliness was not up to standard. Requested for a room facing pool but was declined due to occupancy. However would appreciate if my privileges of frequent customer be reinstated.

The staff were excellent. The hotel was in an excellent location. The hotel was clean and brilliant for a few days stay.

No free Wifi!! Having traveled around the world I would encourage management of the Park Regis to do likewise and see that Wifi is pretty much the norm not the exception. The poultry 1 hour free in the lobby is not sufficient for international travelers, and forces you to sit in the lobby with among a throng of other international internet users. This type of scrimping and penny pinching (you have to pay for wifi in the room) gives an overall poor impression of the place and its professionalism. It felt like gouging and not fair hotel practice.

Nice location, friendly staff

Best description: Bathroom with a bed. You couldn't bring two suit cases into this room. Also, they charge for wifi - a big no-no!

Very professional and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms and especially beds. Easy walking distance to clarke quay, boat quay, MRT station.

only a very minor issue: there are only 3 internet radio channels available via the tv...

Clean an friendly, let us store luggage for the day and have a shower after, before plane trip

Rooms are a bit small for two people who need to work at the desk. Singapore is so expensive for hotels!

They charge you s$ 30 for internet! I can't believe it. To give you free internet costs the hotel absolutely nothing, but they charge a quarter of the room rate to give you some bits. That's just embarrassing for the hotel management. What about charging for toilet paper? It's the same thing. Btw: Just buy a 7$ SIM-Card an you get high speed internet for a week!! Shame on you Park Regis Hotel. Also bad: noisy and the beds are not really comfortable. No space at all for luggage.

Great location 2 minutes from Clarke Quay/Boat Quay/subway station. Nice interior and design. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Perfect stay.

You get only 1 hour free wifi (to be used at one time)... that is really poor for a 4star hotel with these rates.

We had a Quay Room with direct access to the swimmingpool, that was very nice :-) The hotel location is good, just across the street from Clarke Quay. Very friendly and helpful staff, we needed assistance to operate the A/C and a serviceman came immediately.

The room was quite small, very limited space for luggage. The room layout is special: Integrated bedroom and bathroom with frosted glass doors to the toilet and shower (maybe this applies only to the Quay Room type).

Location is excellent. Staff are excellent.

Rooms are very small, good for a few days, but would be tough any longer than that.

Very modern designed guest rooms, comfortable beds. Great views of the city. Pool was superb and very welcome. Good fitness centre. Most of all, the staff were so courteous, attentive, willing to assist.

Both the shower and the separate toilet in the guest rooms had three translucent glass walls, i.e. little privacy should you need it.
