La ubicacion esta bien, es un hotel dentro de todo amplio, pocos pisos de alto, limpio y confortable. Minimo 120 euros por noche al camnbio de Noviembre 2008 Desde el desayuno: fruta insipida, bolleria grasienta, cafe malo, entiendo que es oriente y no desayunan como en europa. El frio extremo del aire en la habitacion, canales de tv. solo para ellos. ruidos por las reformas, poca cordialidad de los empleados... un fiasco ! |

The hotel has excellent facilities and good concierges who are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, well equipped and spotless clean. As a place for business stays the Hotel is excellent. Location is a bit far from the major attractions for people who like to walk (regarding the temperatures in Singapore). For single travellers the overall atmosphere can become a bit too cool and stylish. |

The hotel pool is quite big and looks very romantic in the evening. The jacuzzi was a big relief after a tiring long day. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel which is very convenient and even the MRT station is 5-7 minutes walk away. Though at the time of booking it mentions "children under 12 years stay free with the parents when using existing bedding" , they charged us separately for the breakfast of our 5 year old child. A similar thing was written in other hotels as well and we stayed at two of them in Kuala lumpur and bangkok, but we were not charged for child's breakfast at either of them. So, its recommended that one should confirm that well in advance, at the time of booking. |

the hospitality, comfortable stay, quiet and no noise at night, convenience (only 10 min walk to Bugis shopping malls and mrt station) i have requested for a king-sized bed for my room 3 days in advance, but i got a twin single bed instead when i check-in and they are not able to provide me a king-sized bed room. |

Well, l i don't really have a time to stay long in the hotel as i check it quite late a day before i check out the next day. However, with that few hours stayed in your hotel were really comfortable and worth to stay. Thanks anyway to make my holiday came thru as i hardly can find such a comfortable and worth for the rate charged in. |

The room is spacious, and is convenient to get around. yes the housekeeper are not very consistent. always miss out towels, either hand towel or face towel, or even bath towel i have to request everyday, and don't place back the room drinking glasses everyday after washing. Didn't replace the mini bar items. Other than that basically are all very fine. |

Everything was fine except for the cleaning staff. They kept bothering us ringing on the door or opening the door even when we had the Do Not Disturb sign on, asking us whether we had laundry etc. |

Quite OK place Four words - out-of-control Airconditioning. This place is COLD. Rooms are extraordinarily cold and there's no way you can reduce the aircon and/or increase the temperature. I almost fell sick - had to order extra quilt but nothing would help. |

the staff is kind and helpful. My family stay at parkroyal from May 15 to 17, the 2nd day we went to setosa ,when we back to hotel , it already was 10:30pm, I let my kids take a shower first, when my turn to take a shower, I found there only had a warm water to take a shower. The hotel took 2 more hours to fix it, so I got my hot water shower at next day's morning ......... |

Beautiful flowers everywhere excellent swimming pool and surrounding facilities.Situation being just out of the hustle & bustle of Orchard Road. The only complaint was that we had to ask for tea/coffee milk and sugar on more than one occasion in the room (liquid milk!!). |
