The stay was comfortable, however the ambience was lacking. I was expecting something better. The staff did not make you feel comfortable. |

amazing location - shopping is next door, great Indian food and MRT across teh road..ideal for indian tourists. Rooms are just about functional... could do with a little bit of refurbishing for the price that the hotel charges... |

It's very easy to mrt station and around the city. However, it's not worth wit the money staying this hotel. The bathroom is smelly and dirty for such price. Not recommended! The bathroom is dirty and smelly. It's totally not worth for the price for such hotel. I didnt recommend it. While other hotels provide free internet, it charge $20/day.. |

Th area around the hotel (Little India) was lively and vibrant, with great places to eat. Also convenient for the train to the airport. Staff seemed bored and uninterested. The sink in my bathroom basin was blocked. |

Staff were all very efficient and friendly, room was clean and tidy, food was good and the price was reasonable. Overall, a very nice hotel and my 5 nights there were very pleasant and enjoyable. Only one thing, in the bathrooms of the Club King rooms, the shower was in the bath with a curtain. Not really what I like, but, certainly nothing to overly worry about. |

Convenient location near Farrer Park mrt and Little India, yet quiet.Staff on Club Orchid Floor very helpful Singapore f1 was on so hotel prices very expensive.Breakfast was very busy & staff struggled to cope.Front access has 2 flights of steps and no ramp. |

Food, near by food and shopping 24 hrs. Check-In and Check-out process are inefficient, taking time of around 15 to 20 minutes alone irrespective of rush of visitors. In rush time take longer time. |

The hotel was quite clean and provided most of what I was looking for (on a vacation with my family of 4) viz. convenience to major shopping areas, connection to sight seeing places and importantly had a breakfast buffet that suited our tastes (actually the offering of continental breakfast plus a bit of Indian spread), The coffee house was quite spacious and the buffet was arranged tastefully. |

got an upgrade and the suite which was excellent! very clean and nice rooms!. good location in little India, only 1 minute walk to MRT Station. staff at the reception. more than half an hour waiting time to check out. the receptionist was very rude. I complained about phone costs on the bill which I did not use. Without comment after 10 minutes she handed me a new bill without these costs. Then she asked for my CC 2 more times! (although they took the deposit already the day before) Totally it took her 15 more minute for my Check-Out while she did not answer any if my questions. (after waiting already more than 30 min) Very strange behaviour. |

I found the services provided by the hotel were very good and I am quite happy to stay at the hotel again. Room service could have been improved. For example, room service had to be contacted to provide adequate soap etc (Provided only one soap, shampoo etc for two persons). Providing additional items like comb, tooth brush etc in the bath room.Providing newspapers in the morning instead of waiting till mid morning.Although minor but these will improve the services of the hotel. |
