The staff and duty manager were all wonderful i sprained my ankle and they were very kind and accomodating, always asking me how i was and whether they could do anyting, the bell boy also asked if he would like himself to go along with me to the hospital, it was 4am that time, it was very kind and they were all very friendly excellent customer services- thank you. NO not really i dont think i can off my head |

the hotel is clean n nice after being refurbished yes the satelliote TV did not work when I really needed it to work and the service of the staff is extremely pathetic. |

Excellent location and very friendly luggage and bell staff. The reception staff were very poor and unhelpful with directions and general information. The reception staff were not as helpful as they could have been. |

We like because there is 24 hours complete shopping centre, ( including air-ticket, cafe, money changer ), also the most important, they are selling pharmacy, because we always bring kids when travelled Only the ac in our room, there is so...so....with level 3 and 10 degree, I don't know why. We stayed here more than 10 years ago, there is no problem at all |

We stayed on the executive (19th) floor, not standard, and room was nice with a good view over the city. Lounge on our floor handy, with helpful staff. Separate lifts to our floor a nice touch too. Pool/gym areas pleasant when not crowded. Location - "Little India" area bit too authentic for our tastes! Bit too far from Orchard Rd and Quays to go on foot. Also, very crowded bistro/pool areas - all Indian guests - so don't expect peace and tranquility. Executive lounge brekky selection very basic, but at least quiet. |

Friendly staff and fairly clean hotel. I did not like that I paid for an Orchid Club room but could use none of the benefits because my child was not allowed in the lounge. I also thought the the breakfast was good, but terribly unorganized. There were so many people and no clean tables or dishes |

I was most pleasantly surprised -more than my expectations- great beds, fridge ,kettle and service top notch. No delays and shall return.(You might like to add Dr to my name below - I can't change it) Would have like to see a few chairs or sofas in the lobby area |

The hotel is very modern and our room was very spacious. The staff were all extremely helpful regarding everything from taxi bookings to using the reception's internet for our flight check-in details. We liked the (included) breakfast each morning. The hotel is in a good location near Little India, and close to lots of shops and restaurants, as well as the MRT station (Farrer Park). |

The Orchid Club staff were excellent, polite and efficient. 1. Initially the hotel refused to store our luggage for 2 days, after an arguement it eventually agreed - reluctantly and with bad grace. 2. The Orchid Club lounge furniture and appearance is very poor, plastic tables, etc. The Club staff did their best but it is not like the Executive Clubs found in most of the hotels I have used. |
