受付の方達の英語力が良かったのと、ルームサービスの対応が早かった。

チェックイン時に予約がないといわれ、ロビーで３０分待たされた。Superior Roomを予約したのにDouble Roomに変えられた。部屋のドライヤーが壊れていたのと、変圧器を頼んで部屋に持ってくるまで半日かかっ- た。部屋の壁が薄いため隣の部屋の声が全部聞こえて全く寝れない状態。全体レベルが低すぎるのが印象的なホ- テルでした。

旧New ParkHotelが少しリノベートして名前を変えていました。新しいホテルかと思い、行ってみたらいつも- 泊まっていたホテルでした。天井が高く、バスルールが新しく気持ちよかったです。

Very poor service just customer staying because of location have hidden charges like tooth brush and water even my room lock i call down says key not working they told me come down i told them no shoes in my feet but they refuse i request in other room my friend please go down.

Staff is so poor no service even so many hidden charges no brush and complimentry water in room just looking money, night time too much noisy hard to sleep.

I stayed with my family - wife, infant and parents for 5 days in Park Royal and found it really comfortable. Its located close to Indian restaurants which is a big Plus. The room had all the facilities which we needed and was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Only funny thing we noticed was that whenever we would come back to the room after our city visits, we used to find a heavy smell of something like cigarette smoke which would diminish after sometime. But that apart, the hotel is perfect.

a bit noizy (nearby musthapa centre), the front desk won't upgrade my room to single king size bed. toileteries not complete (no tooth brush facilties)

Comfortable hotel at the edge of the interesting Little India district. Slightly dated building, but modernised on the inside. Conveniently located just 100m from an MRT station.

We got a good rate from Booking.com. The concierge desk was helpful.

On check in, we were offered a smoking room with a double bed or a non smoking room with two singles. We tried the smoking room but it really stank of stale smoke so we had to sleep in two single beds for our romantic weekend. We ordered ice from room service but it was never delivered. We also found that the in-room safe had been left locked by a previous occupant; clearly the hotel had not checked this. Worst of all we found used condoms and tissues under the beds. When we complained, there was no apology, not even concern. Very poor attitude.
